LaQuanna [redacted] refuses to complete the Address Confirmation FormThe sole purpose of the form is to confirm that we have the correct addressIt is provided by an Online Form Service that keeps all of our forms in online filesI have attached copies of some of the emails from LaQuanna ***I answered every email that I received from herLaQuanna [redacted] received the Digital Portion of the Picture Package by Google Drive folder on April 23, 2016, during our Spring Storm SeasonWe experienced a System Crash resulting in Data Loss that took more than different copies over months to recoverWe sent emails to the Parents explaining the situationI am very sorry that LaQuanna [redacted] does not like me personally, however it took a very long time and hundreds of hours to recover the lost dataI have attached copies of some of the emails from LaQuanna [redacted] along with a few of the photos that were in her Personal Google Drive Folder, there are many more Group & Awards photos that were addedUnfortunately the data recovery process took much longer than we expectedHowever, after working with several companies, someone finally had the ability to help usIf LaQuanna [redacted] will complete the required Address Confirmation Form, we will be able to send her Pageant Book, Trophy Plates and - 8xphotos

Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 4:PM Subject: Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] Importance: High The first email I received from [redacted] threatened to report us of fraud, without including her child's name, age or any identifying informationWe receive many comments on [redacted] accusing us of "Photoshopping" Babies and inventing families I read her email at 1:11, requested her child's name & information to research the entryAfter researching, I could not find an Official Entry Form or photo for her child, so I immediately issued a refund [redacted] entered the pageant at the babymissamericapageant.com websiteWhen she went back to check, she went to our other site: babymissamerica.com, which is down for maintenance The parent completes the form and clicks on "PAY NOW," which takes them to the [redacted] site, where they make the payment through [redacted] and are 100% protected The parent must go back to our site and insert the [redacted] Transaction ID # to submit the form to usUnfortunately, many parents submit it from their phone and do not wait for the Confirmation Message I take full responsibilty for the situation and regret that she was provided a poor customer experience I sincerely value our parents and understand the frustration [redacted] felt by not receiving an immediate confirmation of her child's entry

South Texas State Pageant. The Baby Miss America Pageant is a small business with less than 10 employees. We experienced a Computer System Crash in late March during a storm, resulting in the loss of 2 computers. The [redacted] had set up back-up on all of our computers, however we lost all of the data for several Pageant Books, and thousands of photos. To avoid any more data loss, we shut down completely as soon as the weather report issues a storm warning and lose days of productivity. We contacted the [redacted] first, who could not recover the data and then several independent data recovery companies. Although they were able to recover few thousand photos, the Adobe id files were lost. It was necessary to go back and completely re-design the Pageant Books and sort and edit the photos. We set deadlines for Sponsors, photos and ads to be recieved to be able to be published in time for the pageant. Over 35% of the San Antonio contestants were late with submitting the required documents and fees. We have been in constant contact with the Parents explaining the situation and apologizng for the inconvenience. [redacted] 's daughter won the San Antonio pageant in her age division and many trophies. Her daughter went on to compete in the South Texas State Pageant and came in 5th Place, winning several trophies. I have attahed a Screen Shot of a text I received from [redacted] on September 10th at 9:52 pm, thanking me and stating that her family "enjoyed the pageant and were glad to be part of it." That was the night before the Awards Ceremony. I received an email from [redacted] on September 13, expressing her dissatisfaction with the pageant. The email is below and a copy is included. She was upset because a contestant was late and was not disqualified, along with the fact this contestant had dropped a shoe on the stage, the baby was months old and was being carried by her mother. If a contestant is not present at line-up, it will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiting of all fees. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. I find is very upsetting that after you continuously state rules are important we must follow them we also signed them we must be on time etc. that there was an acception made for a contestant who was extremely late and was called twice and was no were to be found for party dress competition wear and was accommodated an won a title can you explain how this is possible. According to the above signed rules this in CAPS NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. This clearly raises questions for me and is making me feel a certain Way regarding the professionalism, the honestly on scoring, etc. this organization is running. Questions as? Is it that they let her through because she was one of the top persons to sell most money in ads how could she be disqualified, Just maybe that was reason why this Contestant was given such leeway and favoritism. I'm very disappointed how this situation was handled in general and according to your signed rules a automatic disqualification SHOULD be made. I believe you are a person of your word and as you continue to say you believe you should make things right and mistakes are made well this is A HUGE ONE and there is absolutely no excuse that can be said on anyone's part regarding the contestant who was late every one was lined up and ready to go and was on time and party dress competition had started without her, her name was skipped and called twice this contestant flat out discussed directly with me and others that she thought photos would be taken and she thought she had more time and she didn't want to wake her daughter. That is clearly not a valid excuse sorry. Every other contestant was on time therefore this absolutely not fair at all, All contestants must follow the rules this boils down to FAIRNESS PERIOD and clearly this was violated, in addition as you mentioned each contest must compete in the party dress wear with [redacted] patent shoes she also was missing a shoe this clearly shows a parents lack of inability to be on time & ready I strongly feel appropriate action should of been taken as she was also aware of signed rules. Again, I strongly feel favoritism was made. If I am absolutely mistaken which I highly believe not I would appreciate a response and valid reason why a contestant who was extremely late during the Party Dress Competition as contestants were walking stage and was able to receive a title and not disqualified How was this fair? No child is given preferential treatment. Each contestant is scored individually by the judges. [redacted] believed that this child was given preferential treatment because she sold the Most Ads. The child in question DID NOT WIN the pageant, she came in 3rd Place and received a 3rd Place title. However, I will not disqualify a baby for dropping a shoe or running a few minutes late due to "Baby Needs." In fact, when we are taking photos, more than half of the pageant is not in the room 15 minutes prior to the competition, because the doors open at the time on the schedule and the time to take photos always varies according to how many photos are taken. There was NO favoritism whatsoever. If something happens at a pageant and you think a child should be disqualified, you need to address it immediately at the pageant. If you would have come to me immediately following the competition, I could have addressed the situation right there. [redacted] did not win the 1st Place title. And even if she had scored ZERO in Party Dress, her scores were so high in the other categories, she still would have placed. The same thing happened to Baby Miss America 2015, she did not even place in Party Dress, in fact she had the lowest score, but the other scores were so high, it did not matter. There are several very mad parents because I explained in the webinars that you cannot create boards for [redacted] votes and Repins. However, I am not taking the [redacted] Award away from ***. There was another child who had more retweets and I am not taking the [redacted] Award away. When [redacted] won all of those trophies at the last pageant, people complained that it was FIXED for her! However, you know that you did not know me or the judges! You are obviously questioning my integrity, the integrity of the pageant and the judges. Did you question my integrity or the judge's integrity when your child won? I take that very seriously. Did the MOST ADS WINNER at your last pageant win the title?? No, in fact, she did not even place! So do you see how ridiculous that accusation is?? This is probably not the right Pageant System for you. I received an email from [redacted] today, her email and my response are below. We hope to have the Pageant Books and Picture Packages out in the next 30 days. The Baby Miss America Pageant assumes the cost of the shipping. We have explained in detail about the system crash and that we were working to recover lost data and that the Pageant Books are being processed. Your child participated in the pageant, you cannot get a refund. The ads were a requirement to compete. Please go back and read the Rules & Regulations. We discussed the entire situation in great detail at the South Texas State Pageant Registration Orientation and you did not appear to have a problem at that time. In fact, both you and your husband were extremely friendly throughout the entire pageant. I do not understand why you feel the need to make "demands," when I have explained the situation in several emails and you actually sat in a meeting where the entire situation was discussed in detail and I asked if anyone had any questions to see me a their convenience during the pageant weekend. The purpose of the Pageant Books and the Picture Package is for you to have souveniers of the event. Everyone was sent a "Sneek Peek" of the photos from South Texas. Once again, let me assure you that you will receive the Pageant Books and digital photos. I realize you have been disappointed by the delay associated with the publication of the San Antonio Pageant Books. If you look at the top of your Picture Package Order Form, it clearly states that the Picture Packages May Take a Minimum of 6 - 8 Weeks To Process. You purchased Package #1, which states " The South Texas State Winners were crowned on September 11, you filed your complaint on September 27, 16 days after the pageant. I am attaching a Screen Shot of the Picture Package Order Form. We have NEVER refused to give anyone a receipt. You will receive the products you ordered as soon as they are ready. Is it that they let her through because she was one of the top persons to sell most money in ads how could she be disqualified, Just maybe that was reason why this Contestant was given such leeway and favoritism. I'm very disappointed how this situation was handled in general and according to your signed rules a automatic disqualification SHOULD be made. I believe you are a person of your word and as you continue to say you believe you should make things right and mistakes are made well this is A HUGE ONE and there is absolutely no excuse that can be said on anyone's part regarding the contestant who was late every one was lined up and ready to go and was on time and party dress competition had started without her, her name was skipped and called twice this contestant flat out discussed directly with me and others that she thought photos would be taken and she thought she had more time and she didn't want to wake her daughter. That is clearly not a valid excuse sorry. Every other contestant was on time therefore this absolutely not fair at all, All contestants must follow the rules this boils down to FAIRNESS PERIOD and clearly this was violated, in addition as you mentioned each contest must compete in the party dress wear with [redacted] patent shoes she also was missing a shoe this clearly shows a parents lack of inability to be on time & ready I strongly feel appropriate action should of been taken as she was also aware of signed rules. Again, I strongly feel favoritism was made. If I am absolutely mistaken which I highly believe not I would appreciate a response and valid reason why a contestant who was extremely late during the Party Dress Competition as contestants were walking stage and was able to receive a title and not disqualified How was this fair? answered every email that I received from her. LaQuanna [redacted] received the Digital Portion of the Picture Package by Google Drive folder on April 23, 2016, during our Spring Storm Season. We experienced a System Crash resulting in Data Loss that took more than 5 different copies over 10 months to recover. We sent emails to the Parents explaining the situation. I am very sorry that LaQuanna [redacted] does not like me personally, however it took a very long time and hundreds of hours to recover the lost data. I have attached copies of some of the emails from LaQuanna [redacted] along with a few of the 25 photos that were in her Personal Google Drive Folder, there are many more Group & Awards photos that were added. Unfortunately the data recovery process took much longer than we expected. However, after working with several companies, someone finally had the ability to help us. If LaQuanna [redacted] will complete the required Address Confirmation Form, we will be able to send her Pageant Book, Trophy Plates and 5 - 8x10 photos.

We must have the Address Confirmation Form in the file so that it can be accessed by the people who are shipping the books. As soon as we receive the Address Confirmation Form we will ship her products. The purpose of the Address Confirmation Form is to keep all addresses in one file that can be accessed for packaging and shipping.

The Picture Packages, State Pageant Books and Personalized Custom Trophy Plates have all been processed for shipment. All orders are being completed and shipped.

determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I will not be satisfied until I receive a personal tracking number with proof that the item has been shipped (as this has been the response I have been given since January and I still have received nothing). I have contacted a lawyer and if I don't receive my items soon I will be persuing this matter further in court.
