I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

Regards,
Greetings, I am dissatisfied with this resolution and response because as the consumer having already paid for the photos and the business stating that I need to fill out a form AFTER THE FACT  is ridiculous. If that was the cases then why wasn't this form presented at the time of payment. In addition to that I have already supplied them with my address 8 times confirming and re confirming this information. I will again send my address via email and suggest that THEY fill out the form. I am not agreeing to anymore terms this business have to offer because they make it difficult for you to have an opinion or ask for a refund. I no longer want any affiliation with them- We simply want what we paid for so that our daughter can have her memories!! Also, Please inform the business that the correct spelling of my name is LaQuana and the address provided on this compliant is my current address and the photos can be shipped there!

Due to the fact that we send thousands of emails daily, our emails can sometimes be routed to SPAM, JUNK or PROMOTIONAL folders. All orders are being processed. However, we must receive the Address Confirmation Form to send the order. I will resend the Address Confirmation Form. I understand her...

frustration. I have answered every email I have received. We are working as quickly as possible to fulfill all orders. Unfortunately, we encountered unexpected and uncontrollable delays, but are working diligently to complete all orders.

Regards,
Again response fails to address complaint concerns and issues. As a consumer items purchased form a business and or an organization should be provided within the timeframe given, again it has been 45 days since pageant on September 9, 2016 & 101 days 4 months since San Antonio pageant July 17,2016 both pageants items were purchased and promised let's got with HER date 6-8 weeks however again not meeting product deadline to consumer. I feel this individual fails to admit wrong doing by violating consumer laws she till this day continues to collect money for items that do not exist according to email sent to me on 10/12/16 "You will receive the Pageant Books and your digital photos. Unfortunately, we are behind in production due to the system crash and subsequent weather related delays.  We expect to have everything out within the next 30 days. "I am expecting my photos from South Texas state pageant & 1 Photo Ad book additionally 2 San Antonio Pageant Photo books No later that November 11,2016 as per your email sent on 10/12/16. Furthermore I have asked for my items I paid for or a full refund of $585.00 however seems that Mrs. [redacted] is unwilling to do that. Each response is unprofessional and not addressing her failure to provide the items she is soliciting to consumers to participate in The Baby Miss America Pageant.

Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2016 3:48 PMSubject: Revdex.com Complaint #11730748 Importance: High   I have been in contact with [redacted] and explained that we are working as quickly as possible on the Pageant Books and printed photos. [redacted] did receive the digital photos.  Please see...

the series of emails below.  There was a misunderstanding concerning who would ride in the Mardi Gras Parade. The State Winners, not Local Pageant Winners, the actual State title holders are invited to ride in the [redacted] Mardi Gras parade.  Unortunately there are not enough floats to allow everyone to ride. "I feel bad pulling [redacted] because it was fun but when you sent me the email saying she can not be on the float only state and national winners it made me really upset because that is not what we were told at the pageant and we had been looking forward to ride the float I even took off work already for it." I explained to [redacted] that maybe there is a problem with the color calibration on her computer or depending on what size she was trying to print as compared to the actual resolution.  We will be sending her printed photos and Pageant Book within the next 30 days.

The State Pageant Books have been printed. We are in the process of fulfilling all orders for Pageant Books and Picture Packages. Last spring we experienced a severe system crash during a storm, resulting in a catastrophic data loss. It took much longer that expected to recover the lost data and we...

worked very hard to publish the Pageant Books and sort & edit the Picture Packages. We are absorbing the cost for shipping the Pageant Books.  We will continue the process until all orders have been delivered.

Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2016 4:58 PM Subject: Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] Importance: High   The first email I received from [redacted] threatened to report us of  fraud, without including her child's name, age or any identifying information. We receive many comments on [redacted]...

accusing us of "Photoshopping" Babies and inventing families.    I read her email at 1:11,  requested her child's name & information to research the entry. After researching, I could not find an Official Entry Form or photo for her child, so I immediately issued a refund.    [redacted] entered the pageant at the babymissamericapageant.com website. When she went back to check, she went to our other site: babymissamerica.com, which is down for maintenance.    The parent completes the form and clicks on "PAY NOW," which takes them to the [redacted] site, where they make the payment through [redacted] and are 100% protected.    The parent must go back to our site and insert the [redacted] Transaction ID # to submit the form to us. Unfortunately, many parents submit it from their phone and do not wait for the Confirmation Message.    I  take full responsibilty for the situation and regret that she was provided a poor customer experience.  I sincerely value our parents and understand the frustration [redacted] felt by not receiving an immediate confirmation of her child's entry.

From: Sammie [redacted] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2016 3:31 PM To: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: Revdex.com Complaint Importance: High   This is in response to [redacted]'s complaint regarding the San Antonio Pageant Books and Picture Package from...

South Texas State Pageant.    The Baby Miss America Pageant is a small business with less than 10 employees. We experienced a Computer System Crash in late March during a storm, resulting in the loss of 2 computers. The [redacted] had set up back-up on all of our computers, however we lost all of the data for several Pageant Books, and thousands of photos. To avoid any more data loss, we shut down completely as soon as the weather report issues a storm warning and lose days of productivity.    We contacted the [redacted] first, who could not recover the data and then several independent data recovery companies. Although they were able to recover  few thousand photos, the Adobe id files were lost. It was necessary to go back and completely re-design the Pageant Books and sort and edit the photos.    We set deadlines for Sponsors, photos and ads to be recieved to be able to be published in time for the pageant. Over 35% of the San Antonio contestants were late with submitting the required documents and fees.    We have been in constant contact with the Parents explaining the situation and apologizng for the inconvenience.    [redacted]'s daughter won the San Antonio pageant in her age division and many trophies. Her daughter went on to compete in the South Texas State Pageant and came in 5th Place, winning several trophies.    I have attahed a Screen Shot of a text I received from [redacted] on September 10th at 9:52 pm, thanking me and stating that her family "enjoyed the pageant and were glad to be part of it."  That was the night before the Awards Ceremony.    I received an email from [redacted] on September 13, expressing her dissatisfaction with the pageant. The email is below and a copy is included. She was upset because a contestant was late and was not disqualified, along with the fact this contestant had dropped a shoe on the stage, the baby was   months old and was being carried by her mother.  Please see below:    From: [redacted] <[redacted]> Sent: Tuesday, September 13, 2016 3:01:01 PM To: Sammie [redacted] Subject: Pageant rules   Good afternoon Sammie, I was contemplating on sending this email however after speaking with my husband I have decided that I cannot keep quiet on the actions that this pageant organization has failed to comply with.  Rule 9. States All contestants must be in the ballroom a minimum of 15 minutes before competition begins. If a contestant is not present at line-up, it will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiting of all fees. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.  I find is very upsetting that after you continuously state rules are important we must follow them we also signed them we must be on time etc. that there was an acception made for a contestant who was extremely late and was called twice and was no were to be found for party dress competition wear and was accommodated an won a title can you explain how this is possible. According to the above signed rules this in CAPS NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.  This clearly raises questions for me and is making me feel a certain Way regarding the professionalism, the honestly on scoring, etc. this organization is running. Questions as? Is it that they let her through because she was one of the top persons to sell most money in ads how could she be disqualified,  Just maybe that was reason why this Contestant was given such leeway and favoritism.  I'm very disappointed how this situation was handled in general and according to your signed rules a automatic disqualification SHOULD be made. I believe you are a person of your word and as you continue to say you believe you should make things right and mistakes are made well this is A HUGE ONE and there is absolutely no excuse that can be said on anyone's part regarding the contestant who was late every one was lined up and ready to go and was on time and party dress competition had started without her, her name was skipped and called twice this contestant flat out discussed directly with me and others that she thought photos would be taken and she thought she had more time and she didn't want to wake her daughter.  That is clearly not a valid excuse sorry. Every other contestant was on time therefore this absolutely not fair at all, All contestants must follow the rules this boils down to FAIRNESS PERIOD and clearly this was violated, in addition as you mentioned each contest must compete in the party dress wear with [redacted] patent shoes she also was missing a shoe this clearly shows a parents lack of inability to be on time & ready I strongly feel appropriate action should of been taken as she was also aware of signed rules. Again, I strongly feel favoritism was made. If I am absolutely mistaken which I highly believe not I would appreciate a response and valid reason why a contestant who was extremely late during the Party Dress Competition as contestants were walking stage and was able to receive a title and not disqualified How was this fair?  Thank you,  [redacted] & [redacted]    We have Rules & Regulations, however, we take into account the fact that we are dealing with babies, who have unique needs and we have to be  prepared to adjust to unexpected circumstances. No child is given preferential  treatment. Each contestant is scored individually by the judges.    [redacted] believed that this child was given preferential treatment because she sold the Most Ads. The child in question DID NOT WIN the pageant, she came in 3rd Place and received a 3rd Place title. However, I will not disqualify a baby for dropping a shoe or running a few minutes late due to "Baby Needs." I replied to Crytal's concerns, please see below:    On Sep 13, 2016, at 5:21 PM, Sammie [redacted] <[email protected]> wrote: The judges do not have any idea who sold the most ads or whether or not each contestant turned everything in on time and met all deadlines.  The judge's responsibility is to score each contestant on stage. The judge's are aware of the rules and they chose NOT to disqualify any child. There were several children who lost their shoes as they were going up the stairs or the show fell off on stage. We do not disqualify a child if their shoe falls off.    There were several contestants who were not in the room 15 minutes before the competition because they thought they had more time to feed their children or allow them to sleep a few extra minutes because it usually takes so long to take photos.  I personally went outside of the room and told many Moms to run!    In fact, when we are taking photos, more than half of the pageant is not in the room 15 minutes prior to the competition, because the doors open at the time on the schedule and the time to take photos always varies according to how many photos are taken.    There was NO favoritism whatsoever. If something happens at a pageant and you think a child should be disqualified, you need to address it immediately at the pageant. If you would have come to me immediately following the competition, I could have addressed the situation right there.    [redacted] did not win the 1st Place title. And even if she had scored ZERO in Party Dress, her scores were so high in the other categories, she still would have placed. The same thing happened to Baby Miss America 2015, she did not even place in Party Dress, in fact she had the lowest score, but the other scores were so high, it did not matter.    There are several very mad parents because I explained in the webinars that you cannot create boards for [redacted] votes and Repins. However, I am not taking the [redacted] Award away from [redacted]. There was another child who had more retweets and I am not taking the [redacted] Award away.     When [redacted] won all of those trophies at the last pageant, people complained that it was FIXED for her! However, you know that you did not know me or the judges!    You are obviously questioning my integrity, the integrity of the pageant and the judges. Did you question my integrity or  the judge's integrity when your child won?  I take that very seriously.    Did the MOST ADS WINNER at your last pageant win the title?? No, in fact, she did not even place! So do you see how ridiculous that accusation is??    This is probably not the right Pageant System for you.    Sammie [redacted] National Director       Unfortunately, when a child wins everything at her first pageant and does not win a the next pageant, it is very difficult for some parents to accept.  [redacted] did not start complaining until after her child placed 5th at the South Texas State Pageant.    You can see how her attitude changed from the text on September 10th, the night before the Awards Ceremony to the email of September 13th.   I received an email from [redacted] today, her email and my response are below.     We hope to have the Pageant Books and Picture Packages out in the next 30 days. The Baby Miss America Pageant assumes the cost of the shipping.       From: Sammie [redacted] Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2016 2:06 PM To: [redacted] Subject: Re: Pageant rules   Please review the email you just sent:  The Pageant Photographer will be taking photos during all events. Digital Photo Packages will be available within 2 – 3 weeks.   It clearly states that provessing time will vary and may take a MINIMUM of 6 - 8 weeks. We prefer to have the digital photos out in 2-3 weeks, however it is dependent on the Pageant Schedule. The San Antonio Picture Packages were sent out a several weeks ago.    We have explained in detail about the system crash and that we were working to recover lost data and that the Pageant Books are being processed. Your child participated in the pageant, you cannot get a refund. The ads were a requirement to compete. Please go back and read the Rules & Regulations.    We discussed the entire situation in great detail at the South Texas State Pageant Registration Orientation and you did not appear to have a problem at that time. In fact, both you and your husband were extremely friendly throughout the entire pageant.    I do not understand why you feel the need to make "demands," when I have explained the situation in several emails and you actually sat in a meeting where the entire situation was discussed in detail and I asked if anyone had any questions to see me a their convenience during the pageant weekend.    The purpose of the Pageant Books and the Picture Package is for you to have souveniers of the event. Everyone was sent a "Sneek Peek" of the photos from South Texas. Once again, let me assure you that you will receive the Pageant Books and digital photos.   I realize you have been disappointed by the delay associated with the publication of the San Antonio Pageant Books. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you, however it was due to circumstances beyond our control.    You will receive the Pageant Books and your digital photos. In addition to the Revdex.com complaint I have also filed a formal complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection Division Attorney Generals office.    In response to your false email again please refer to your pageant rules? You clearly left out the Truth I purchased a digital package as stated takes 2-3 weeks for deliver.  It has been almost five weeks that's over a month WOW!! I am requesting the following?    Digital photos of my child, pageant books orders 2 from the Baby Miss San Antonio Pageant & 1 from the South Texas State pageant      2. If items are not received I am requesting a full refund of $400.00 photo Ad book requirement that does not exist that sponsors personal AD were led to believe would be in such a book. 100.00 digital photo package purchased, $80.00 pageant photo books purchased   If your are unwilling to meet my demands next step would be contact from my legal counsel and further action taken against Sammie Savio Baby Miss America Pageant. In fact, the child who won Mini Miss United States participated in the Mini Miss America Pageant first. She did not even place in the Top 5. Her parents asked what they could do to improve. They went home, worked with their child and came back and won the National Pageant. If they would have just given up, trying to look for reasons to disqualify the winners, they would have missed the opportunity of winning a National Title.    I spoke with the Revdex.com at length last week explaining the entire situation, including the system crash and data loss, causing the delay of the publishing of the Pageant Books.    If you look at the top of  your Picture Package Order Form, it clearly states that the Picture Packages May Take a Minimum of 6 - 8 Weeks To Process. You wanna sit around and act like yo pageants is more important than returning my almost 600 dollars back to me.  We worked hard to get that money and now I got to work even harder to get it back.  Sent from [redacted] Mail for iPhoneOn Wednesday, November 2, 2016, 10:51 PM, Sammie [redacted] <[email protected]> wrote:The office returned it unopened. Regards, First of all I was NEVER disqualified from anything, I chose to not participate in her pageant due to her severe rudeness as well as unprofessionalism. She very well asked me to give her a call because I had not received any information about where we was going, I received no packet or anything. I called she did not answer, I called the next day she still did not answer, she finally called back and my mother got on the phone and the way she spoke to my mother was unbelievable for a women of her status and how many years she says she has been in the pageant world.  To speak to somebody in such a manner and it's my money being spent with your organization is unacceptable.  She did not know who my child was, that she had never received anything from my child.  That's why I chose to quit, Let's be very clear about that.  After I chose to quit her little pageant, I received a phone call from Sammie apparently knowing who my child was and how beautiful she was but it was too late, I was already in awe as well as angry.  There has been another parent to contact me about her experience with Sammie as well and she was just as speechless as I was. Your right she did inform me to track my money but as I informed her she does not work at the [redacted] so she can not tell me how to track MY money. Let me explain this, my tracking number I bought is for me to track my stuff to wherever I sent it, my tracking number does not work both ways, you sending my money back requires a brand new tracking number. But if Sammie was a pure businesswoman she would know the ins and out of everything you ask your pageant parents to do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I feel that the only appropriate solution is to give me an exact date as to which I should expect to receive my packages I paid for. If that is not an option I would like a full refund for both picture packages [redacted] along with both pageant books as well.
Regards,
