Review: I placed an order september 6th 2013, waited over two months for item was told it was on backorder and would be in within the first 4 weeks. Never received item. Contacted company item was still on backorder continued to wait. Contacted company on November 11th requesting refund. Have yet to seen my money credited to my account. Ordered show as canceled on November 13th 2013. Still waiting for my refund. I have documented emails and correspondence with this company.Desired Settlement: Have yet to been credited and it is beyond 13 days as of Nov 24th 2013.

Review: I contacted the company regarding returning an item. Returned the item per their policy and was give a Return Authorization number. I contacted the company in the end of April, when I had not recieved a refund to my credit card. I was told the item was recieved back and a credit was being placed on my account. I then asked if I could be refunded the money as I did not plan on any additional purchases since I was not happy with the quality of their items. They agreed to refund the money in the amount of $109. I called again on May 5th and was told they would process the refund, as if it had not been processed. I called yesterday a full week later (May 12th) and was told they would get right on it and j would have a confirmation email regarding my refund by the close of business. I did not receive this. I would like to receive my refund as promised. My next step will be to refute the charges with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: Return the $109 back to my credit card as promised ASAP

customer was refunded today and sent a copy of the refund receipt per store police all returned items are for store credit it is stated on website and invoices she was not due a refund but we gave it to her anyway

In response to not being eligible for a refund, while I understand the "policy" outlined on the website, upon contacting the company was advised I would be refunded the money to my card. Perhaps it would be better if those handling calls were advised how to respond to individuals and state the "policy" rather than advising them incorrectly. Thank you for following up to your word. Additionally, I find your practices quite shady and will NOT be ordering again.
