The page has been removed from our site, so no information is available to be seen, but the name may appear in search engine results until the search engine revisits our page and reindexes it. Consumer under the name "[redacted]" has been removed.Unfortunately, the consumer never actually made a request for "[redacted]" via the normal opt-out form and has only expended vast amounts of useless energy on submitting requests to various useless places, rather than submitting the request to the place that actually matters. While we're sure she believes that spraying requests everywhere has served her well in other areas of life, we'll just suggest that a single request to the correct place is a better strategy, and would have solved this for her long ago, particularly when she's complaining about the removal of a name reference that she never officially asked to be removed.In any case, the name in question has been removed. My name, age and several addresses still appear on BackgroundFinder.com with the second middle initial "*" directly in front of the last name all in the last name field.  This iteration of my name in BackgroundFinder.com database must be removed as well and without and further delay!]

We checked our removal submissions since the last message and still have not received a request to remove their information. If the consumer made the request, we recommend they use a different computer or browser to submit their information, and make sure they click the "Submit Opt-Out Request" button. Once submitted, information is typically removed within a few business days. Since it appears this consumer has a very common name, they should make sure they submit complete information to ensure accurate removal.

Review: The www.backgroundfinder.com Web site does not include Contact information that allows a private citizen to opt-out, correct or remove content that was not released to this company and its affiliates. The site has stolen or purchased content from LinkedIn that is not intended to be part of a people search site. The law requires that this type of site provide a link or street address that a person can write to and contact the site to correct or remove information within 6 months after contact.
