I demeaned a refund for not giving me the right information. I was told that I can't get a refund because it depends on what was available in public and that all they can do is not automatically renew my membership in a year. I became a member with beenverififed.com and I gave my friend and myself a background check, and all the information was up to date. It was explained that different services will have different records, because information is accumulated from many thousands of sources, and different services have different sources. Some services will have information we don't have, and we will have information that other services don't have. That is simply the nature of this sort of service. We also allow individuals to opt-out of our listings, so some individuals will not appear in our listings at all, or may have information removed because it relates to someone else.
