I have not yet received a refund. I will update to a satisfactory response once a full refund has occurred.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do in all sincerity hope that they do in fact ship the plants this time (according to my calendar it is fall so they should arrive soon). So I will accept their response rather than drag this out by 1) pointing out that I never received any plants so I was not asking for a 'refund on plants', but a refund of my order payment for plants which I read and understood would arrive the same year I bought them. Therefore, I will change plans again and find a spot for them on my farm. 2) If this "business" is so short-handed and far behind, they may want to think about closing their order site temporarily and also disclosing to their customers that once the bill is paid and you go into their que it is anyone's guess when their plants will actually be shipped to arrive. 3) Also, if they are so far behind on orders they may want to rethink refunding money to customers who do not receive promised product thereby freeing up stock to fill orders more quickly.4) It really needs to be said that it is a sad Business that only responds to their customers once they have made a complaint through the Revdex.com. It should be noted, they will NOT get any referrals of business from me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.IF this company would have advised us at any time that it takes up to 2 years to fill their orders, I would not have had to resort to asking for help from the Revdex.com.  There is no where on their website or order forms that I could find that advises this information.  I am anxious to see what we receive when our order is shipped.  We ordered a t-shirt that we have never received along with hazel nut trees.  I'm wondering what quality of product we are going to receive.I want to thank you for getting a response from this company and hopefully they will send our complete order.  If they do not send our complete order I will have to contact you again since they do not reply to any of my emails, letters, or phone calls.

I am rejecting this response because:
I actually did accept a plant shipment reluctantly. That was three years ago. After being told twice that they were coming (twice)and then never receiving them I felt it had been too long and that I just wanted the money that I sent. there is no excuse for this type of business: experimental farm, chaos in the office, strict no return policy...I have heard many from your office.  I am tired of dealing with this and I will just accept a refund at this point. Your chance to redeem your reputation with the promise of replacement plants has come and gone over the past three years.
