The company assumed customers were aware the product ingredients were the same but the name was changed. A disclaimer should be noted on their website about the name change. This way it gives customers the option to purchase the items or not. I am still not satisfied on how the company does not go "over and above" to meet customer satisfaction, but actually fight tooth and nail with out bending and making a happy customer. This issue is not resolved because they did not respond to my intial complaint from last Wednesday. They ignored me and sent the product without asking me if I still wanted the product. I want a refund. They shipped this item without verifying that I wanted a backordered item. This is unacceptable. They sent the product and did not respond to my complaint. I sent a response to them last week ,before it was shipped, expressing how they should have given me my money back. Regardless of the fact that it was shipped, I'm beyond upset and I want my money back. They have poor communication and unethical business practices. typical of many online transactions, credit card companies often require 3-business days to process a refund request. Quality Assurance team regarding your experience with both the Raw Shea Butter and Coconut & Papaya body washesThey have conducted their investigation and due diligence and have not found the results you experienced.The dye removal you have attributed to our products on your towels is the 1st such complaint we have received on these products and they have been on the market since 2011.Although not discussed yesterday I would like to inform you we typically hear about 'lime soap' or soap sm which is normally seen in tubsIf you live in areas with hard water natural cleansers may react and create this film around the tub.Our R&D team has suggested washing towels in hot water with Borax to lift any residueSince the above is not the issue you have experienced and your complaint is the 1st of this type Sundial is not prepared to make any changes to our label based on this issue.Regards,*** ***Director Customer Service*** *** *** * *** *** *** ** ***
