Review: I signed up for a trial for a Zinn Beauty Argon oil for $5. I do not remember signing up for a subsequent billing or monthy charges/delivery. I was charged $5 on 4-**-2013 and did receive one bottle of the argon oil. I was happy with the product. However, there was limited information on the packaging to contact anyone. I had signed up on an online (pop-up) offer. I was then billed 5-**-2013, 5-**-2013, 6-**-2013 and 7-**-2013 for $89.99. I never received any more packages? I emailed the company on 7-**-2013 after looking online for contact information, and asked for more information, but they sent back an email stating I had to call customer service at ###-###-#### for any information. I did call this number and talked to a representative who was not helpful. He would not send me any delivery information or a copy of the contract that I supposedly filled out. He wouldn't let me talk to any managers and only offered a 50% reduction of my last delivery in which I did get credited to my account. They sent the packaged USPS, but I can't get any information without delivery codes. Please help me in this matter.Desired Settlement: I requested either a refund of all the packages I did not receive or the product replacement.

Review: The product was sent back & received with UPS delivery confirmation on 7/**/13. I called to follow up on my refund on 7/**/13 & was told by a customer service representative my my refund was issued during our phone call. I have since called back numerous times & have spoken to numerous customer service representatives about not having received my refund. I have faxed my bank statement twice as the first fax was supposedly not received even tho I have confirmation of having sent it as well. I have been told several times I would be contacted by cooperate & management in regards to my refund, and have not been. There have also been several occasions I have not been able to speak to a supervisor when I asked to speak with one. Today, 2 months after mybrefund was supposed to be issued, I emailed cooperate to an address given by customer service during my last complaint call. The email was promptly returned because the recipients mailbox was full. The EmIl contains every phone call made, who I spoke with, & the actions taken by customer service. Not a single rep has been able to tell me why ihave not received refund of $99.99 or tell me when I will receive it.Desired Settlement: To promptly receive my entitled refund of $99.99 within the next 2 weeks.

Review: Saw advertisement for face cream with a trial offer for $4.99. I ordered and a few days later was charged $80.00 from this company on same credit card. I did not order additional items and eve sent an e-mail when order was received that I wanted no additional products or additional charges. I was finally able to get a phone number ###-###-#### and called. I was told I could get 1/2 of my money back. I expressed on no uncertain terms I wanted total refunds. I was told to ship the original face cream back and was given a RMA # [redacted] to be put on shipment box. I shipped the cream UPS with RMA # on the box. I was given a tracking number for the UPS pkg. This number is [redacted]. The address shipped to is: [redacted]I checked tracking # and it verified package was delivered ... It has been almost 2 weeks so I called my bank and they are 'disputing' these charges. Searching the internet I saw additional complaints on this company and agree this was a SCAM !!!Can you please check on this complaint and how it can be resolved with this company? I cannot afford these two (2) charges since I'm retired and on a budget. I did all requested. Review: On 5/*/13, I placed an order online for their advertised FREE month trial for $4.95. Order was processed. I was under the impression that that would be the ONLY cost involved. I received my credit card statement. On 5/*/13, [redacted] charged $99.99. On 5/20/13, [redacted] charged $99.99. This definitely NOT was I had signed up for. I wanted the trial and that is ALL. I have contacted them online via email twice at [redacted] and have gotten NO response. I want all of this money returned ASAP!! I do not have that kind of money to just throw out the window. They had sent another package which was returned to sender.Desired Settlement: I would like the $109.98 refunded.

On Dec. [redacted], 2013, I was checking into my flight on Spirit Airlines and received an offer for a $120+ skin care package for only $4.99 s/h. A few weeks later, I got a 4.25 oz bottle of [redacted] Velvet Facial Cleaning Milk in the mail. I found the product on their website, under the Press Room, advertised for $25-$30 each, not really $120+ in products.

Then, on 12/**/13, a charge for $89.99 was posted by [redacted] to my credit card. I called my card to find out what was going on and they put a hold on my acct to allow them and me to investigate more. After the holidays, I called [redacted] on 12/** and asked what the charge was for. The rep explained I was now a member, and the $89.99 is my membership fee. I cancelled my "membership". According to the TERMS on their website, I was within the 18-day trial period. I followed up with a call to my credit card to close my card and asked them to look into the charge.

Today, I called [redacted] Customer Service again to follow up, I spoke to [redacted] (#[redacted]). He told me that my membership had indeed been cancelled 12/**/13 and because I contacted my card to hold any further charges, that they wouldn't issue me a refund for my first month's membership. I haven't received anything else in the mail except for the first 4.25 oz bottle. [redacted] then told me that my 4.25 bottle WAS the product I would receive each month and that it's worth the $89.99 + shipping and handling. This is the same product advertised on your website for $25-$30.

[redacted] would not agree to issue me a refund for this bait and switch fraud. I went to [redacted] website and sent an email to both contacts listed on their website. Both emails bounced back to me as the mailbox is full. I then called both phone numbers and both mailboxes are also full. The customer service line was no assistance.

Review: I ordered a sample for 5.99 on May**. It caused my credit union to lock down my account. When the credit union called on May ** I told them I had purchased it and they released the 5.99 that day. I received nothing that said if I didn't want the product how to cancel. On June [redacted] they bill my debit card for 89.99. I did not know that I would be charged this amount. This was misleading. I would like my money back and do not want to be charged again. Please help me. I tried to contact them and their box is always full.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back but I know that's not happening. I want them to leave me alone. NO MORE CHARGES!!!!! Thank you for your help.

I called them today and they are refunding me 44.99 and canceling future orders.

Review: This business states a product cost $4.99. Then when they get your credit account # they charge your account $99.99. To me this is fraud. They refuse to credit your account for the 95.00 they have stolen out of your account. Had to close the credit card account because they just kept charging over and over.Desired Settlement: would like them to see them taken to court for fraud. AND credit my account.

Review: I ordered a trial offer of Argon Oil from Zinn Beauty. I received the trial offer and I did not like the product. When I searched the information sent with the trial, there was no customer service information. I tried to find information online but there is no customer service number located on their website. I then received another order of Argan Oil, which I do not want and my credit card was charged 99.00. I tried calling the two people listed on their website: [redacted] at Direct: ###-###-#### but his voice mailbox is full. I then sent him an email at the listed email address [redacted], which was rejected because it too, is full. I then contacted the second person listed on the website, Sangeeta Barua at Direct: ###-###-####, and this number is no longer in service. I don't know what else to do but get your help.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the 99.00, AND I want this cancelled , so that I do not receive future orders.

Review: I never receive the product or email or letter saying that if I didn't return the product in 2 weeks I was going to be charge for $99.95 I call telling them and they scream at me telling me that they can't do anything and they can't give me my money back I call the post office they sent it back long time ago because they didn't put The right address and when I call the firs time they told me o we been having problems with the shipping we have more costumer complaining about the same thing!!!!!! Review: The products caused huge red knot bumps o my skin that took a long time to heal and was embarrassing. When I tried to cancel the products shipments I felt like I got the runaround and they didn't do it.Desired Settlement: I would like all the money I spent on this product refunded as it damaged my skin and was embarrassing. I also didn't like that when I called to cancel they didn't let me do it. I did return all unopened products to the company. The flyer they included says they are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I was very unhappy with the product results and the cost was outrageous for embarrassing results.

Review: I order zinn Argon oil it should of came in 1 box but it came in 2 so they are billing me separately for each box which I filled on that to. I'm not real sure 89.00 then I think another 89.00 then 59.00 but what they are doing are hitting me two times for what I ordered at the same time then they sent me 4 items when I order 2. these were to be trials for 2.99 but know that's not what happened.Desired Settlement: Refund they lied to me I have called many times the same number on my other complaint same address just different names.

Review: I purchased a product form this company for my daughter for Christmas. They claimed that the product was free and that I would only be charged for shipping and handling which was only $4.99. But I looked at my bank statement and they had taken out $89.99, and then took another $99.98 out 15 days later.Desired Settlement: I would love to get my money back because the result of this issue meant that I was not able to buy my groceries for that month and especially took a toll on my finances because it was right around Christmas.

Review: I had signed up for a FREE trial of the lichi product, and was only told that I would need to pay for shipping coming out to be only $4.95. When I received the confirmation e-mail that my product had been sent out it said I was being charged $7.94. I mistakenly thought nothing of it come to find out on 7/**/13 I was charged 99.99 just two weeks after I received my free (not so free) trial. I was also charged international fees of .06. This was never disclosed. For another shipment of the lichi pills, I did not want this and I never even received these pills. then of course on 7/**/13 I was then charged again for $99.99 (mind you it was not even 30 days from trial…) I again was charged international fees but this time the charge was .80. I proceeded to call the company and cancel my subscription that I had never signed up for in the first place and asked for a full refund. They told me I would be able to get 50% of my money back and keep the product. I did not want that I wanted my full $200 back and they could have there product back. He told me getting the 50% back would be immediate but if I wanted to return the product I would be able to get my full refund but that would take 14-30 days. I was also told I would get an e-mail about the cancellation and credits. I have not received anything from them money or e-mails. I talked to several supervisors and was told the same thing. Their website clearly says you may return your product in 30 days for a full refund but when you call they tell you differently. I just want my money back.
