I am rejecting this response because:
I need to know what this "tool" is that was needed to diagnose the fuel. The name of it, a picture of it and description of how it is used to diagnose the supposed "contaminated" fuel.What is so specialized about "the tool" that it took over a month to obtain? I am totally aware that diesel vehicles currently come with green fuel caps to represent it is diesel fuel. The question was why did the dealership feel it necessary to replace my original black one with a green one, just to make my vehicle "current"?Respectfully,[redacted]
