Manhattan Mini Storage has investigated the allegations against us and have found them to be baseless and unfounded. In response the customers conduct at multiple facilities, we have begun eviction proceedings to end our business relationshipIn response to the customers’ requests we
would be willing to end our eviction proceedings and refund all of the customers payments ($235) in exchange for their immediate vacating of the space.This offer has been documented on her customer records and can be redeemed at the storage location from now until May ***After May *** we will proceed with our eviction proceedings and attempts to collect the unpaid debts owed to Manhattan Mini StorageRegards Roosevelt S*** VP of Operations Support

Thank you for contacting Manhattan Mini Storage on the matter. We provide the following for reviewLate Charges :Our occupancy agreement (which was signed by *** ***) states in Section Occupancy Charge that, " The Occupancy Charge will be $per month for each full or partial month,
payable in advance at the facility, with out notice, on the first day of each calendar month" On goes on to further state, "In addition to the monthly occupancy charge and any other remedies of Owner, Occupant will pay , on demand, (a) a mandatory charge of $for any calendar month in which the monthly occupancy charge is more than days late"Late payments were posted to the account on 2/**/because the payment was not made until 2/**/& 3/**/because as of the time of this writing, there still has been no payments madeSecurity Deposit :Section of our occupancy agreement (which was signed by *** ***) states," The security, or the unused balance, will be returned within days after the termination of this agreement'.In an email exchange between *** *** and Tom K***, the General Manager of the storage facility Tom explained that she could not apply the security deposit towards future rentSpecifically he stated, "As for your request of using your security deposit towards your rent payment, I would recommend that you make separate payments for March and April rent instead of......Each month your are behind, you will be charged with $late fee".
