August 8, 2016Dear [redacted] BAMA Commercial Leasing is in receipt of the above complaint on behalf of [redacted] [redacted] leased a [redacted] from BAMA Commercial Leasing to drive for *** [redacted] was delinquent in payments and contacted our office on 5/18/stating he was no longer working for [redacted] because they froze his app to secure ridesHe further stated he was no longer making payments and was going to try and purchase the vehicle [redacted] provided no means to purchase the vehicle.With respect to [redacted] providing his SSN, BAMA Commercial Leasing requires the last of every customer's SSN as well as address to identify it's customer's.From 5/18/to 7/19/numerous attempts were made to contact [redacted] with no contactHis account was weeks delinquent and assigned for repossession.If you need anything else, please let me know.Sincerely,Randy B

I have never receive this letter that the business speak ofIf I did owed them How come they would only send one notice or billI have not receive any notice for months. Furthermore I have request further details from Bama by certified mail, requesting explanation of the debt and they have not respondedBama refused to provide any explantaion of the charges, and never provided any notice of debt and still sent me to collection

drive high quality, late model cars with the Security of a full powertrain warranty.Bama Leasing, Inc. provides the financing for the vehicle [redacted] is Currently leasing. have reviewed the notes on the account and have found no mention of the mechanical issues with the clutch. [redacted] is currently 7 weekly lease payments behind.[redacted] mentions in his complaint the [redacted] has determined there is no mechanical issues with the clutch however, he believes there is still problems. It is Bama Leasing Inc.'s position that we provide financing to [redacted].
