not $7,999.00 as alleged in [redacted]'s complaint. The total payments under the lease terms are $22,896.60. The vehicle [redacted] leased was deemed a total loss. BAMA Commercial Leasing was paid for the loss and the amount due and owing on [redacted]'s lease was the deductible amount of $500.00. am rejecting this response because: BAMA's response fails to settle the current
issue, its obligation to its own contract and not impair the right to contract
of [redacted]. This company deflects with dates noted in
response to complaint dated August 8, 2016, that do not specify any definitive procedure
of providing proof of notice to [redacted], of its intent, by way of
intrinsic written correspondence that would satisfy compliance of such request
in order to exhaust all reasonable efforts to obtain clarifications in this
matter. Please provide the following by way of company's authorized
representative:
Proof of service by Certified Mail of any recent correspondence made
regarding sales agreement
Proof of service by Certified Mail intrinsic evidence of [redacted]
VIN # (incorrect VIN# on BAMA COMMERCIAL LEASING letter dated May 31,
2016) see attachment
Proof of service by Certified Mail intrinsic evidence of additional terms
by way of written correspondence, stipulations of balance due payments and
other ramifications contract dishonor

due to the discrepancy of the VIN#'s provided and associated with the [redacted], as
