Barbeques Galore

We order the outside mini refrigerator from BBQ Galore. While we installed the refrigerator, we found out that refrigerator's door is not lined up with the refrigerator. We confirmed that it is not cause by the installation. We took the pictures, and went back to BBQ Galore. BBQ Galore's employee saw the picture and they told us that they are not responsible about all other things beside sale. Later on, they said that they will help us to contact the original factor. We did not get any information after two weeks, so that we contact the BBQ Galore again through the email. They said that they forgot to submit the pictures back to the refrigerator's factory. BBQ Galore ask me to send all the pictures through the email again. Serval weeks passed again, we still did not get any information back. We went to the store again, and they gave us the refrigerator factory's phone number. They asked us to contact the original factory directly. We did, and serval weeks passed. Finally, Delta Heal(refrigerator's factory) send someone to fix the refrigerator. The guy tried about one hour and told us that he did not bring the right tool, so that he need to come again later. Then he just left without telling us when he gonna come again. Serval weeks passed, we tried to contact the Delta Heal again. But no one pick up the phone call. So we contact the BBQ Galore again through the email, and we did not get any reply back until now.
