Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The meeting my wife and I had with the property manager was the reason we filed a complaint with the Revdex.comThe manager offered the same curt responses in the same aggressive tone as we had received them from her assistant managerManagement was adamant that leaving a note on a clip normally reserved for advertisements from local restaurants and churches was enough to fulfill the lease stipulation of "we will give you reminder" We spoke with our former neighbors in unit about the issues we were having, and they stated that they had gone through the exact same thingWhen they refused to pay the fees imposed by management, their account was sent to collections within a weekGiven the atmosphere of hostility and intimidation, along with the company's history of aggressive pursuit of imposed fees, as evidenced by the actions taken against unit 2010, we have come to the conclusion that management has no intention of resolving issues in good faithWe will pay balances due, as we have for the past years, and move onOur wish is for other potential tenants to be aware of the kind of dishonest business practices they will have to endureManagement is right about one thing however, there are no requirements or statute mandating the fulfillment of contract language as a reasonable individual would interpret itNeither are there any for treating tenants with courtesy and respect, a matter that management and the front office have taken to heart Regards, [redacted]

This picture is was not taken yesterdaythis I the same picture she provided when it happenedWhen a leak happens we send someone right away to extract the water, and complete a pad relayThey leave the fans for the floor to dryThat is standard operating procedureThe work has already been completedI will locate the invoice that has already been paid for this work and send your way

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The padding was laid in the bedroom however the carpet itself was never cleaned or laid properly there are stray nails everywhereThe closet is a mess and no one has been back to fix it leaving it with a fan to dry it for over a weekThe bathroom is leaking due to the ac unit being placed there after an attempt the ac guy said he would return they pained a wet ceiling so all that happened was pain dripped in the floor and I still have a pot in my floorNo one had called, came by, or even sent an email regarding the matter Regards, [redacted]

This door she explains was messed up by maintenance and the carpet I was promised a free cleaning which never receivedI advised *** not to move my things due to the fact that she wanted me to agree that I would not sue for broken propertyThere was nowhere to move things because all I had available to me was one room which they still ignored my request and threw a lot of my belongingsI did not reside in the home and even asked her to provide proper lodging which she refusedThey also charged for a shower rod in which the people that came to "fix" the apartment did throw and remove when they destroyed my bathroomThis job was not done in a timely manner was told would be done by the weekend incident occurred on a Thursday and they weren't done until weeks later*** intentionally did not tell me personally that she would relieve me due to the fact I would not sign and state that I would not sue nor complainFair housing called and was informed that my lease would be up in which rightfully it should due to the fact that my lease if she would provide is up on 02/29/My property was damaged they left my fridge unplugged and ruined my food and again I did not live in my home due to not being able to shower nor properly provide sleep areas for myself and kids*** sent an email stating she would provide me money for the initial day of not being able to use my kitchen when this in fact turned into weeks and then I was provided nothingFunny she continues to talk about the issues never addressing the BLACK MOLD in which kept us sickThey came and bleached certain parts and left mold spurs all over I had to reach out plenty of times*** telling me will get to it when she can. Final straw was when I had an apartment leasing office inquire and was denied a place to live due to these chargesNot only were they not true, but I was never notified of them and was sent to collections after 3 days which lady in office told me was not there policy until after days. I will admit the tire and the carpet having wear and tear but these other fraudulent charges I will not acceptLike I said I did not reside in my apartment there was no apartment once the maintenance cameEverything was tore down I was paying a friend to live with them and my kids and I have been sleeping on the couch since the incident happenedI am messaging from a phone but if I need to I can bring in the emails as well as the remaining photos to justify this matter

Good Afternoon, *** *** was never homelessThere was a leak from the upstairs neighbor that created damage into her apartment on 2/4/We contained and fixed the leak upstairs on 2/4/On 2/5/We immediately started rectifying *** ***'s apartmentHowever, she did not
want to cooperateThe contractors were able to fix the ceiling and walls in the kitchen, dining area and the hallway. *** *** refused to move her items or allow us to move them(this email will be attached)So we could NOT get to the other half of the apartment*** *** was on notice to move out of her apartment on 3/31/due to putting in her notice to vacate late she would have been on a month to month as of 3/1/*** *** contacted the fair housing council immediately and requested we let her out of her contract on 2/15/We immediately responded to that complaint with the same answersAlthough we did everything we could to rectify the accident that happened and Barceló was not at fault and completed the repairs with in a reasonable amount of time we agreed to let *** *** out of the rest of her contract effective 2/15/*** *** did NOT turn in the keys to her apartment until 2/29/because she was in fact still living in her apartmentThe fees on her move out statement are accurate fees that are owed to the communityAttached you will get the statement, pictures of any damages or back up to the charges*** *** did NOT pay her final utilities from 1/1/2016-2/29/which totaled $112.95, in addition she left her oven very dirty $90.00, trash left under cabinets $25, she left small items for removal by maintenance a tire and lawnmower bag$(each per item and we charge per our move out charge sheet), carpet cleans/stain removals $50, shower head missing $4, shower rod missing $10.00, bedroom door replacement NOT including labor $We feel these are appropriate charges and *** *** only had a $depositShe was able to reside in her apartment for the month of Feb and did not turn in her apartment keys until the end of that monthWe released her on 2/15/and she was obligated per her lease agreement until 3/31/for which she was not chargedI hope this explains the situation and if you have any questions at all you may reach me personally on my cell at 210-589-or at *** ***Thank you *** Hernandez

Good Morning, Please find the attached reminders that we sent the resident in addition to giving him copies when they came into the officeAttaches is also the page of the contract going over how many days before we can deliver the noticeWe actually delivered noticesThe first one
was an early bird renewal notice and the 2nd was the renewal notice given on 5/23/which would have been more than the days required per the lease agreementWe place the notice outside the dwelling on a clipThere are no requirements or a statute requiring placing inside the home or personal phone callsI personally deliver all renewal and balance letters that come from the office to ensure proper deliveryThe other residents received their notices and either renewed or gave noticeis the only one that claims they did not receive notice. The picture was taken yesterday with my phone that has a date and time stamp on itThe work is not completed and they have not been back to fix anythingThey did dry the carpet the fact is that's all they did and I have equipment left in my apartment so it is obviously not fixed.

this response because: they want me to pay for the carpet that I've been telling them since June that it needed repair and there barely "figuring it out " I don't see why I have to pay like I said its been messed up since June and there barely responding so the carpet did get worse since June and its not my fault its in a busy area what can I do for them just to fix it already
