I am rejecting this response because:
The padding was laid in the bedroom however the carpet itself was never cleaned or laid properly there are stray nails everywhere. The closet...

is a mess and no one has been back to fix it leaving it with a fan to dry it for over a week. The bathroom is leaking due to the ac unit being placed there after an attempt the ac guy said he would return they pained a wet ceiling so all that happened was pain dripped in the floor and I still have a pot in my floor. No one had called, came by, or even sent an email regarding the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not able to live in my home at all in February. Really January when complaints were made about the mold my child and I were sick everyday. The apartment was not in living conditions once the flood. My entire apartment was wrapped in plastic. No kitchen no restrooms to shower. [redacted] was rude and unbothered as matter of fact would never be available to discuss matters face to face I too have pictures and they were not done with my apartment for a while when they decided to remove me from my lease date was a week before and I was not notified fair housing had to send them a letter to remove me.
