Needed to have our KitchenAid grill attachedAs an aside - the grill instructions leave much to be desired AND when my wife called customer service regarding the wrong grill piece, they (outgoing message) stated the call would be returned in - hours!

Chris M checked my AC this morning and found a couple of problems with it. He explained the problems clearly and offered a few solutions. He arrived on time, wore the shoe coverings in the house, and was very polite.

Chris M. called me before my appointment and arrived a few minutes early which was fine with me.

He was very helpful and professional.

He explained all the issues I was having with my HVAC system and offered different options to getting the problems resolved.

I would recommend Chris specifically and Bardi in general.

Great Service. Good suggestions, but no pressure to buy.

I recently had to have both HVAC units in my home replaced. I got a great bid from Bardi and decided to sign the contract. The installer, Josh was both professional and courteous. He showed me the finished units and explained how they worked. He wore shoe covers the entire time and did a thorough cleanup. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have any type of repair or total replacement.

I really like the commitment that Rodrick and JJ had to doing a good job installing our new heating and air conditioning system. They were courteous and helpful in answering questions that we had. My only complaint was that neither they nor the person who sold us the unit were able to accurately judge how long the installation would take. Our understanding was that it would take one day, when in fact, it took an additional very long day. Of course, my husband and I were more concerned about their doing a good job with the installation than just getting it done quickly. So far everything seems to be working fine, but right now because of the outdoor temperature, we can't really tell yet how the system will perform when we need it more. We are trusting that we can count on these folks to help us out if we have any further questions or need for their services.

I had service today with Justin L - he did a great job, was professional and thorough. I felt he was competent and understood the issues and communicated with me effectively. He worked quickly through all issues and provided strong service and positively represented Bardi.
