Kevin was on time, professional in every respect, well versed in the installation, operation and quality control checks expected of well trained technician and a reputable company such as Bardi (whom I found at the Revdex.com website).

Tech arrives exactly at the appointment time. Walks through both systems...provides a detailed report that even the novice of homeowners can understand. Arranged for sales and service appointment for the same day for one of the damaged systems. I have used this company for several years. Technicians come and go but, the quality of service remains the same over time. I highly recommend Bardi for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Exellent Service. Marty Was doing a Follow up after a Unit install. Didnt even realize people did this. Great Follow up in case I had Questions on the unit...Highly recommended.

The install of the system was great, they were done in less than a full day. They answered any questions and took time to let me know what they were doing while they were doing it. Then after they were done, the staff took the time to help me to learning the thermostat and getting it set up.

Brandon M provided great service. He clearly explained all work and made sure any questions were answered.

So [redacted] comes out and recommends a whole new system, so next comes [redacted] who says that the system will have to be replaced and a new thermostat is needed. He also talks us into the Aeroseal duct sealing system which will spray glue up in the ducts and seal the leaks which on the quote was going to cost an additional $1,600.00. Ok...well [redacted] and [redacted] come out and install the system which they said would take about 4 hours and asked where all the vents were...(which we thought meant that they were going to seal them off so that when the Aeroseal was sprayed it would do what it needed)...8 hours later they are going around the house and taking off the vent covers and masking taping and silicone caulking the vents. When we asked about the Aeroseal, they said what they are doing is manually sealing the vents and they aren't doing the Aeroseal. They ended up running out of masking tape so one of the vents didn't even get fully sealed and one of the intake vents wasn't even done. Then they couldn't even charge the AC system because they didn't have whatever it was that they needed, so they said someone would contact us to take care of it. When we contacted [redacted] about the Aeroseal, we had texted him that the guys did an overall great job, but did a manual sealing instead of the Aeroseal and that we had a couple of other questions. He texted back "I mad a mistake with calling it what I did. The price I charge u for was what u got. The other is a more a duct cleaning and sanitizing service and I wants to seal ur boots for leaks. So the money u paid was exactly what u wanted. Hope everything works well."
So that is not what he described on the first visit and we had read up on Aeroseal prior to the guys coming out...$1,600.00 on masking tape and silicone???? Plus, he never called to inquire what our other questions were.

Finally we call Bardi to see when they are sending out someone to charge the system and schedule it so that the guy will be here between 12 and 2. We also ask about the Aeroseal price and are told that they don't get involved with the quoted prices....What??? A guy representing Bardi comes out and quotes a price on something and when you get something else they don't take responsibility? So even calling their office to get some help is useless.

Well, Friday comes and 12 noon passes by and then 1 and then 2, finally I call at 2:30. They put me on hold to find out where the technician is....the guy comes back and says that he will have to call me back. Five minutes later, the tech that is supposed to have been here calls and says that he got held up with another customer and that he will be here in thirty minutes. Every other company I've dealt with has called if there is an issue that they are not going to be able to make the established window. Needless to say an hour later, the tech shows up. Luckily, it gave me time to finish my review. Everyone be careful. I don't usually write reviews when a company is bad....I just don't use them anymore, but it wasn't just bad, I feel like I was taken for a ride and I am now going to have someone independent come out and review the work that was done.

Chris M. With Bardi heating, cooling & plumbing was the residential expert who serviced our a.c. Unit. Chris was very professional and very respectful of the property, he even put on protective shoe covers before entering the house & ask if his truck was park in an ok area. I would highly recommend Chris for your home AC needs.

Jason was very professional. He diagnosed the problem after finding that the thermostat was not the problem. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He explained what the problem was and made the necessary repair. He represents Bardi well!

Excellent customer service professional

A professional, well trained crew installed new furnace and AC in a few hours and left the work area spotless. The equipment works perfectly. The crew endured 100 plus degrees in attic to do the install and completed the project with a smile. I will recommend this company and crew to anyone.

Superior Rating! When we joined their Friends of Bardi Maintenance Club, I got a hint of what quality of service I could expect from Bardi when the person who answered the phone clearly, pleasantly and concisely explained the program to me. Since then EVERY person we spoke with--in person (4) or by phone (at least 2)--conveyed interest and treated us in a very respectful and friendly manner. They responded to our non-urgent requests with offers to provide service within 24 hours. In three out of three problems, the three service specialists for both plumbing and HVAC proved knowledgeable enough to quickly diagnose and, especially, quickly and effectively solve our problems. They all also took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood the problem and our options for solutions. Once they applied a solution, they each made sure we were satisfied 100%. And, they gave us tips we can use for future reference. Extremely and consistently: Responsive; friendly; efficient and effective!

Marty did a great job fixing our fireplace, and he explained everything very fully. He was personable, even at the end of a long day of calls for him. He is one of he best repair people we have had.

Great Service by Bardi. The consultant, Charles T. was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with questions. He took a lot of time explaining options and the associated short term and long term implications. Great experience.

The solutions expert from Bardi HA Inc, Mr. Marty H[redacted], came to see our two Fireplaces and was very polite and professional and knew exactly what the problem was and how to get it solved.
The scheduling department's Shawn was very understanding about rescheduling the visit twice because one of our dogs was very sick and we needed to take him to the ER for immediate help.

I am very impressed about the professionalism and politeness of all involved.
