Failure to deliver roll up door
I ordered and paid for a 6'x8' roll up door from David on November 19th,2018 and was told I would receive it with in 3 weeks. As of today, March 27, 2019 I have not received my door. I paid $795.50,
Invoice #XXXXXXXX. About six weeks ago I requested a refund via email. I was told I would get my refund in 5 to 7 days. I never received my refund. They do not return my calls or emails. I was totally ripped off

Desired Outcome

I have bought a door from another company and no longer need the door I ordered and would like to receive a full refund

Product fraud.
Ordered a roll up door with electric motor on 12/19/18 mail out a check for $2417.61 and and now cannot contact anyone from The Barn-Outlet to get whether or is has shipped over 3 months have gone by now with no response from them at all, Everything was documented with e-mails as well.

Desired Outcome

Full refund or the product ordered.

Company never contacted us but all of a sudden the door showed up, we have our product but believe me when I say there was no customer service in the matter but at least we got our door, 3 months late but we got the door.

Place on order in November 2018 which was promised to be delivered within 3 weeks. Never got the order.Promised a refund, never got it.

We were promised a delivery of a garage style door for the end of 2018.
Mid January after numerous call and emails we finally heard back via email that they were behind schedule. So we asked to cancel the order which they agreed to in writing. Still no refund to date and no one is answering the phones.

Desired Outcome

We want our money back.

Ordered Oct 2018, money was withdrawn a week later and have still not received my product as of Feb 2019. The company will not return my calls.
On Oct 11,2018 I placed an order for a roll up door from David at Barn Outlet. On Oct 26, 2018 the order amount of $473.78 was withdrawn from my bank account from the Barn Outlet. I called David in December and he said the door was scheduled to be shipped out and we should received in a few weeks. It is now February 12,2019 and I have not received my door. Now I cannot get anyone from the company to answer my calls.

I would like to receive my door I ordered. If not then I would like a refund of the full amount paid $473.78

I ordered a roll up door from David S. on 12/12/2018 that has never been delivered! I no longer hear anything from them about this order.
On 12/12/2018 I ordered a roll up door from David S. of barn outlet. I had to send him a picture of a check made out to barn outlet to start the order. He said I would get shipping details soon and the door would be delivered within 3 weeks. On 1/7/2019 I e-mailed him that I hadn't received any shipping info or door and he replied that he would check and let me know.On 01/25/2019 and 02/01/2019 I e-mailed him with no response. Since then, and after multiple attempts of calls and e-mails I haven't heard a word from anyone. The product hasn't been delivered either. Please stop him from doing this to anyone else. Also I have all the e-mails I have sent if needed

I need a door to finish the project I am working on but if they can't keep their word and deliver just give me a refund and cut me loose.

Ordered doors from this company paid them in November and haven't received the items as of yet. have called and always get a run around.
ordered rollup garage doors November 29th was given a 3 week delivery time. have called the company several times to ask about shipping and was told they would be delivered by 1st week of January however the shipping company has not called to deliver the product and Barn Outlet does not answer their calls on any lines nor do they return phone calls.

Ordered a 9'X10' roll up door on 12-11-2018, paid, was told 4-6 weeks. At 5 weeks I called looking for an update and have had no contact for 7 days.
Invoice number XXXXXXXX for $762.50 paid in full via ACH Deposit for a roll up door sold by David. Delivery was expected this past week but the company doesn't answer the phone, return email or voicemail. I would like my door delivered as agreed. They are very eager to get your funds, but service after the sale is non-existent.

I still need this door and would like either the door or a full refund.

I circled back to these scammers in late June, 6 months after my door was ordered, and got a response. Barn outlet made a $100 "test" deposit from their Bank of America account to my account, subsequently provided their usual bs about how this was to verify the correct account, then they stopped responding. Guess that was all the profit they had for the month. Original order was $762.60 in December 2018.

Side note, they had no problem "cancelling" my order after 6 months so that was a relief. Fake orders to the "manufacturer" are good in that sense.

Product ordered and paid for but not provided as promised.
Roll up shed door ordered 10/17/2018. Payment made by ACH debit on 10/18/2018. I was told there was a 2 week lead time for production. I was told by David after a month that was out of production waiting for shipment and I would be notified. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I made several attempts to reach David by phone and email without success. Finally I called and spoke to Jeff who said that it had shipped and delivery in few days. Beginning of 12/18, they said they would look into it and get back to me but did not. I finally got Lowell T. on the phone who also said he would call me back with an answer in couple hours. He did not. I called him and he said due to a server change that my order was never sent to production. He assured me it would be rushed and I would have it just before Christmas. It didn't happen. I left several voice mails for mr. T. with no success. On January 2' 2019 I sent mr. T. an email demanding either a 3 day delivery or a full refund. He replied that he would cancel the order and request a refund in full of $466.25 and I would be notified in a day or two. As of today, I have not been contacted and mr. T. has not responded to my emails or voice mails. They have had my money since 10/18/2018. If you can't help me, I may have to consider litigation. My invoice number is XXXXXXXX

As of March 8, 2019 this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. Barn-Outlet issued a full refund. Jennifer N. was instrumental in making this happen and I appreciate her efforts.

I ordered and payed for 2 each Janus model 650 roll up doors on 11-8-2018 and they were never ordered and now I can't get in touch with Barn Outlet.
The Barn Outlet sent me a quote by email on 10-16-2018 and I ordered the 2 each Janus model 650 roll up doors on 11-2-2018. Barn Outlet withdrew $1,102.84 from my checking account on 11-8-2018 but never placed the order for my doors. I have sent email's and left phone messages but no one has replied. I contacted Janus International and they told me that Barn Outlet has been placing orders without payment, so the doors are not being manufactured.

I want Barn Outlet to order and pay for my roll up doors from Janus Intl. or refund my $1,102.84.

Failed to deliver product.
I ordered a custom door on 10/25 it was paid for via check on invoice ***. every time I would call I would get excuses about delivery. I keep calling every day and no one answers or calls back. My door was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. we are now 4 weeks past due and nothing.
no communication.

I would like my door delivered ASAP or my money refunded immediately.

it been 3 weeks since I received an e-mail from barn outlet.

This is what I sent them on Feb 21 2019:

3 weeks ago you said my door is coming. So where is it? deliver my door or send my money back. I am tired of playing games. produce my door and or money. if not I will be contacting the State District Attorneys office. you are not leaving me any choice. I ordered and paid for my door the end of October and here it is 4 Months later and still no door. WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY DOESN'T ANYBODY ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS?

order 4 roll up that I haven't receive .
on 11/14/18 I ordered four roll up doors for the amount of 2656.00 I was instructed by david to take a picture of the check and email it to him and he would then placed the order for the doors which would take about three weeks before I could pick them up ,it has now been five weeks he stop taken my calls and will not provide any information that the door was even ordered .

On September 10 I received a quote for garage doors from David Spenser and Diana at Barn Outlet. On September 11 I received a revised invoice and on September 12 I paid the invoice via check (attached). September 13 we discussed an entire building and erection. September 13 he sent that proposal (attached) and requested it paid in full. That is when I became suspect of the prior transaction of the doors. September 15 I requested a refund on the doors. September 17 the accounting department is waiting on the manufacture to issue credit. September 20 still waiting on the manufacture to issue credit. October 11 David said he would be in town the following week and would bring the check, I replied that I would love to meet but needed the check over nighted. He said it would go out that day or the next day. October 18 David finally replied that the refund policy was 4-6 weeks. As of November 4 I have heard no response nor have I received a check. www.barn-outlet.com

I was not issued a refund and they have not replied to my attorney regarding this matter. I have a complete email string. I offered to accept the doors if a full refund was not going to be issued. I'd be happy to share all documentation. The cancellation was done less than 48 hours of order. They keep promising a refund but never deliver anything.
