please see attached 64 pages of communication to the landscaper trying to get these issues resolved. Matt W[redacted] at Barnett Management has gone above and beyond what we should be doing (areas under warranty or unfinished are not the responsibility of the HOA to maintain yet Matt has been diligently working on the behalf of the owners to get these issues addressed. Weather permitting he will be meeting with the landscapers on site tomorrow along with the builder to go over more of these issues. The dead trees will be replaced and the grass areas will be reseeded..... I can not give you a timeline for it is in the hands of the landscapers. We can not credit the maintenance fees for the reasons stated in the last Revdex.com communication. thank you,David B[redacted]

I have sent the full report to Barnett Management Inc., from the Engineering Company who conducted the full investigation and the Engineering professional made the determination that there is zero ventilation in the attic area above our condominium which is causing our separation damages to our wall...

and ceiling. However Barnett Management Inc., still refuses to cooperate and resolve our issues which is clearly the responsibility of the HOA which they manage and control.

still the developer for this association ([redacted]), all financial reporting is submitted to the board on a monthly basis and is available to any owner upon request (see attached). As for the Annual meeting date, the governing documents state that the meeting shall be held on such date as determined by the board. I spoke with this lady and must have offended her with my comment to her question that there would not be any sound barriers placed by the freeway ., and that she was wasting her time trying to get the city to change their minds that I had already talked to the mayor about this issue and it wasn't...

going to happen.  I tried to appoligise tothis lady if she took offence to the way I explained the situation and she just went off and would not listen to anything that I had to say so I did hang up on her. I immediatley contacted the board via email and asked that one of the board members contact her. I was informed that her neighbor was on the board and she would be contacted. I also received three letters from her that I forwardedover to the developer on her behalf. Once again I am sorry if she took offence to the answers she received from me . There is nothing more that I can do about this situation that I am aware of.

I believe you are not fully comprehending my complaint. There are two issues here: 1. Your help with getting the issue with our yard resolved. At the turnover meeting in August, we brought this issue up to [redacted], who instructed us to stay after the meeting and give her all the details of our problem so she can work towards getting a resolution with [redacted]. She reached out to [redacted], but as soon as things got difficult for her she told us it was out of her hands. The city of [redacted] then did an inspection of our yard and it failed. We have been going to her for more direction on this issue since there have been some new developments, but do not receive much communication from her. The second issue in my complaint, which you have continually avoided, is the poor customer service delivered by your company. We are constantly prodding [redacted] for communication- not only on our personal issue, but also on other issues with the state of the subdivision. Communication is lacking, and when it comes, it is condescending, unprofessional, and disrespectful, much like your responses to this complaint. Therefore I see that this behavior is trend with your company and something you expect from your staff. However, if I am paying $500 a year, I expect more. Another example of [redacted]'s poor communication: She sent a notice about our streets being paved. However this notice came after the work was done. Our board of trustees has to constantly poke [redacted] for her to communicate to all of the homeowners. She also sent an email instructing us to not go to the board members with issues- we should go directly to her. However, the homeowners are not pleased with her communication and lack of a sense of urgency on her part. I also don't appreciate you instructing me to remove my complaint. I will not remove the complaint because you are not happy with it. I am unhappy with your poor customer service. I will continue to pursue this complaint until you decide to finally address that specific issue.

This complaint is unjust...... the issues you are having are NOT with Barnett Management, they are with [redacted] and we it is, as [redacted] stated "out of our hands"  We are not communicating with you on this because this is not an issue we can represent. This is your home and should have nothing to do with my company.

As for the board's response I had asked the board to contact you I was not aware that you did not want to discuss your concerns with your neighbor although he is on the board as well.Please let me know how we can resolve your issues

Good afternoon,My view is that once there is a better understanding of the HOA's delinquencies and expanses I will be able to put together a solid Budget for the Board to approve and set Annual fees for 2018. I truly believe that they will go down based on the common area there but will not no for sure until we get a better grasp of the income and expenses in their entirety. I also think the fee was set higher so that IF there was a miscalculation the first year there would not be a second request for fees. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have provided dates and documentation to this company regarding the bills sent to me and the timeline of my requests into this company that predate the added amountsto summarizeoct 6th I sent an email requesting clarification about an extra $50 charge on my account. my dues were $150 for both six months and two $25 late fees. this amounts to $350.I had received a bill that was not itemized for $400. I contacted them via email in an attempt to clear the difference in amounts up.I did not receive a responsei then received a letter from a collection agency with the $400 chage and a new $95 legal fee from the agency dated Oct 20th. I was in contact with them stating that I was already trying to resolve the matter with Barnett management but had not been contacted back. after a few phone calls they agreed it could have been handled around Oct 6th after my initial contact. they returned the bill to Barnett Management.I then received a bill from Barnett for the $495 amount dated 11/16/16i contacted them again via email on Dec 1st. during that conversation I stated why I did not agree with the $95 charge and did not feel I should pay it for their lack of response. I also further asked what the Extra $50 charge was about.I recieved a new bill via email that showed the $95 charge was removed but not the $50. I asked again to clarify what it was and David responded by removing the amount making my amount due $350.  i paid that amount.now my new bill includes that $95 charge again and David is stating that that charge wasnt applied until after the emailed Dec. 1st bill. i am attaching the Nov. bill that shows that amount and the Dec bill that shows its removedRE: [redacted]DB. Good afternoon, Barnett Management does not set the annual fees, the board does. Under your HOA governing documents the fees can be changed from time to time by a vote of the board. The board is the Developer.Please let me know if you have any other questions David [redacted]

Good morning, The service in question is the fact that they claim that [redacted] has not communicated with them, we have communicated along the line of directing them to [redacted]. This is the only service issue they noted that, they communication can go no further than what we have already directed.

I had already asked the Board of Trustees to contact her. I have a meeting scheduled with the Board of Trusees later this week and will ask them once again.
