Good morning, Once we receive payment for the annual fees we will drop the late feeWhen we were brought on there was no budget in place for the association and we charged what we were told to chargeWe keep detailed financials for the association and around November I will create a budget for the feesI fully expect the fees to go down, but I am sure the fees were set the way they are now so the HOA would not need to go back to the owners if there was a shortfallThank you David [redacted]

I have sent the full report to Barnett Management Inc., from the Engineering Company who conducted the full investigation and the Engineering professional made the determination that there is zero ventilation in the attic area above our condominium which is causing our separation damages to our wall and ceilingHowever Barnett Management Inc., still refuses to cooperate and resolve our issues which is clearly the responsibility of the HOA which they manage and control

please see attached pages of communication to the landscaper trying to get these issues resolvedMatt W [redacted] at Barnett Management has gone above and beyond what we should be doing (areas under warranty or unfinished are not the responsibility of the HOA to maintain yet Matt has been diligently working on the behalf of the owners to get these issues addressedWeather permitting he will be meeting with the landscapers on site tomorrow along with the builder to go over more of these issuesThe dead trees will be replaced and the grass areas will be reseededI can not give you a timeline for it is in the hands of the landscapersWe can not credit the maintenance fees for the reasons stated in the last Revdex.com communicationthank you,David B [redacted]

I spoke with this lady and must have offended her with my comment to her question that there would not be any sound barriers placed by the freeway ., and that she was wasting her time trying to get the city to change their minds that I had already talked to the mayor about this issue and it wasn't going to happen I tried to appoligise tothis lady if she took offence to the way I explained the situation and she just went off and would not listen to anything that I had to say so I did hang up on herI immediatley contacted the board via email and asked that one of the board members contact herI was informed that her neighbor was on the board and she would be contactedI also received three letters from her that I forwardedover to the developer on her behalfOnce again I am sorry if she took offence to the answers she received from me There is nothing more that I can do about this situation that I am aware of

This complaint is unjustthe issues you are having are NOT with Barnett Management, they are with [redacted] and we it is, as [redacted] stated "out of our hands" We are not communicating with you on this because this is not an issue we can representThis is your home and should have nothing to do with my company

Good afternoon,My view is that once there is a better understanding of the HOA's delinquencies and expanses I will be able to put together a solid Budget for the Board to approve and set Annual fees for I truly believe that they will go down based on the common area there but will not no for sure until we get a better grasp of the income and expenses in their entiretyI also think the fee was set higher so that IF there was a miscalculation the first year there would not be a second request for feesVery common in new constructionThanks! I believe you are not fully comprehending my complaintThere are two issues here: Your help with getting the issue with our yard resolvedAt the turnover meeting in August, we brought this issue up to [redacted] , who instructed us to stay after the meeting and give her all the details of our problem so she can work towards getting a resolution with [redacted] ***She reached out to [redacted] ***, but as soon as things got difficult for her she told us it was out of her handsThe city of [redacted] then did an inspection of our yard and it failedWe have been going to her for more direction on this issue since there have been some new developments, but do not receive much communication from herThe second issue in my complaint, which you have continually avoided, is the poor customer service delivered by your companyWe are constantly prodding [redacted] for communication- not only on our personal issue, but also on other issues with the state of the subdivisionCommunication is lacking, and when it comes, it is condescending, unprofessional, and disrespectful, much like your responses to this complaintTherefore I see that this behavior is trend with your company and something you expect from your staffHowever, if I am paying $a year, I expect moreAnother example of [redacted] 's poor communication: She sent a notice about our streets being pavedHowever this notice came after the work was doneOur board of trustees has to constantly poke [redacted] for her to communicate to all of the homeownersShe also sent an email instructing us to not go to the board members with issues- we should go directly to herHowever, the homeowners are not pleased with her communication and lack of a sense of urgency on her partI also don't appreciate you instructing me to remove my complaintI will not remove the complaint because you are not happy with itI am unhappy with your poor customer serviceI will continue to pursue this complaint until you decide to finally address that specific issue

Good morning,In response to the complaint filed, the contract for B [redacted] Management is referenced incorrectlyThere are many other responsibilities that fall under the management contract that the association is paying forB [redacted] Management reports and takes orders from the boardThe board is still the developer for this association (***), all financial reporting is submitted to the board on a monthly basis and is available to any owner upon request (see attached)As for the Annual meeting date, the governing documents state that the meeting shall be held on such date as determined by the boardB [redacted] Management is not the board and can only be instructed to have said meeting under direction form your board.Please feel fee to contact me directly should you have any questions about the operation of the association.Thank you Kindly
