Please see the attached refund transaction receipt as verification the refund had been processed by ASAP on 11/7/2016.

We have worked with the customer and the shop to have the vehicle repair completed. It is our understanding the vehicle has sine been repaired and picked up by the customer from the shop.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I took the refund because it was all they offered. It seems like this is how they handle their many complaints. They could have offered a full refund initially instead of only offering me $480. They only offered the balance after I filed the complaint.  As far as I am concerned that is suspicious behavior and practice for a honorable business. Their sales rep made the error and it wasnt a serious enough error for them to cancel my contract. What I expected from ASAP was for them to honor their agreement and pay for my vehicle to get fixed. I made the payments they should have done their part.

This company has danced around my claim, never contact me, I always had to get a hold of them.  They told me they wanted 10 years of maintenancerecords. Then they wanted  regiatration and title.  i have all the emails and call records The car had manufacturer warran ties at that time.  Then while they kept delaying me for infomarion that given to me different each time I called customer care, my car rental bill was up to 300.00 where in could not afford it anymore and had to sell my car and pay for a brand new  car.  And all they want to refund me is 300.00 I want all my money back plus they took an payment from.me after I told them.to cancel.my contract.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They refused to pay the entire claim which was $776.00 not including the 158.00 diagnostic fee I had to pay. I was told that ANY part not LIST on my contract by name is not covered under the warranty. I was told because my car is a high class car, there are parts on it that will not be covered under any circumstance. I was able to find the president name of the company and emailed him directly about that matter. He referred it back to the original claims manager that decided they would give me $200.oo towards to cost of repair as a one time courtesy. I was not happy with this but I accepted to help offset my out of pocket expenses. I was told that I would receive that check in 14 days and as of today it has been almost a month and still have not gotten that check.  Their statement that they covered the repairs is absolutely false.

This matter has already been addressed with the customer as he has revived his funds through the credit card issuing bank.

As a resolution to the customer's complaint, a full refund has been processed. Please see the attached receipts as confirmation.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. February 6, 2017 the customer set a contract with ASAP and agreed to a monthly auto charge plan. March 6, 2016 ASAP attempted payment using the payment method provided by the customer, that payment declined. ASAP contacted the customer via...

email and left multiple voice mails for the customer to contact us regarding the account. The customer responded by phone on April 24, 2017. He was informed the account was past due 2 payments. He stated he would call back and authorize a payment. The next call was May 10, 2017. The customer was again informed of being 2 months past due. We informed the customer no payment has been authorized by him and therefore we have not attempted payment. The customer then disconnected the call.We apologize for the customer's frustration, however, we have done our best to assist the customer. ASAP does not attempt payment from a customer without prior authorization.

An email was sent to the customer stating as follows:"Mr. [redacted], After looking over your account with ASAP, you were sent a an email message containing the final cancellation form on October 18, 2017. Please open the attached files. In those files, you will see that YOU opened that email 20...

times, and you also clicked on the cancellation form one time, yet you did not electronically sign the form. As you know, a refund cannot be issued prior to you signing in agreement to the cancellation refund amount. So as you see, we have been diligent in upholding our responsibility in assisting you with your contract cancellation. ASAP has every intent to provide you your prorated refund. We simply ask you to follow procedure.  Thank you, AMERICAN STANDARD AUTO PROTECTION" The attached documents were sent to the customer as verification to our statements. The customer has since signed the cancellation form and will receive the refund.

Prior to ASAP receiving a diagnosis  from the shop, the customer called asking if the claim was going to be covered. The customer was told ASAP needs a diagnosis prior to answering such a question. The customer was not told that his air conditioning system was covered. ASAP has thoroughly investigated this matter and has found the customer has not been misinformed in any way regarding this matter. Regarding the $150 diagnosis charge; the customer inquired about diagnosis coverage with ASAP after dropping the vehicle at the repair shop. The customer was told diagnosis coverage is available for any covered claim. Because the claim was not covered, diagnosis was not covered.

Customer was refunded for his cancelled warranty on 08/10/2016 as it states in attached document above.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
ASAP apologizes for the delay in having the customer's car repaired.
As the customer mentioned, we approved a part to be shipped to the repair shop. Our supplier promised delivery. Later we were informed the part would be shipped...

soon after. In the end we were unable to deliver the part. As a result, our claims department recently amended the claim authorization to allow the shop to supply a brand new Porsche Genuine part. We have attempted to contact the customer and shop to provide the amended authorization as the final resolution to this claim.

Please see the attached credit card receipt. The claim was paid by ASAP to the repair shop on 6/23/2017. We have also sent this receipt tot he customer and informed the claim had been paid. Please consider this matter resolved.

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company did respond to me to offer a settlement agreement, they wanted to put a recycled part in the car with a 12 month 12000miles warranty on the new par and a payoff of $400. In good faith I agreed. The part they provided was installed but within 400 miles of driving the car, the original faults reappeared and further faults appeared that were highlighted by ASAP in a technical service bulletin. I contact ASAP who failed to respond, eventually I contacted the company who supplied the part only for them to say that they cannot deal with me, they only deal with the people who purchased the part, they did say though that the part was only covered for 6moths or 6000miles and that the part was NOT a premium part? The garage who performed the repair now will NOT continue to work on the vehicle or deal with the warranty company anymore and ASAP will not respond. I have informed them of legal action will be taken if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have recordings and transcripts of conversations between myself and two employees of ASAP, where they slander me, BMW and the car industry, where the use profanity and where they threaten me via social media! Please help me!]
