I am rejecting this response because, as the owner suggests
that the parking is 1- for customers only and 2- abandoned cars will be towed; please note:1- All occupants of all three cars BR towed (or tried to tow) were in fact BR customers and eating your product just outside your store!2- My kids did NOT abandon their vehicles but were there on BR's property, in fact on the same property as their vehicles and your place of business, eating BR ice cream they had just purchased at your store. My proof is that when my son went into your store a second time (to purchase a shake this time) he exited to find his car in the process of being towed and called out to the others to come and help him PHYSICALLY force the tow truck driver to put his car down. Three of my kids are ALL AMERICAN athletes at BYU and simply stood in the way of having the third car removed from the lot with Baskin Robins shake in hand!!! ...thus proving he was a customer and he did NOT abandon his vehicle... Baskin Robins broke both their stated policies and towed my vehicles at a cost of $175/vehicle. The Revdex.com has no choice but to side with me and warn the public of Baskin Robins shady business dealings. The tow truck company/driver has been spotted receiving free ice-cream from your place of business in other posts so I wonder if there may be other financial kickbacks for BR also.Just because my family's three car's were out of view from where they were sitting eating ice cream does not give Baskin Robins the right to make additional $$/towing-kickbacks from their customers. Note, one car belongs to my son visiting from SLC, another belongs to my daughter visiting from Pocatello that day and the third belongs to my other son--a BYU student. That is why I had cars and kids there.Since BR admits my kids did not break any BR policies: they were all customers AND they were on the BR premises, what is the next step? On October 31, we have installed new condenser and coil (invoice no***) for the customerWe were paid with the check for the work performed, check no***.All the warranty paper work, documentation and work order receipt was left with the customerAt the time of the service on 06/19/
warranty the paperwork was laying inside the utility closet next to unit.After inspection of the unit found blower assembly and AC coil plugged up with dust, dusty filter was removed by the tenant at some point, furnace service doors switched around letting dusty air into the unitWe mailed out our invoice for diagnostics fee of $and estimated cleaning cost of $325.The customer has refused to pay for cleaning and demanded us to do it for free assuming that warranty covers homeowner's negligence.A dirty A/C coil will show low refrigerant levels during operationIf the issue was resolved just by adding more Freon We are willing to eliminate our diagnostics fee and reimburse the customer $for Freon cost provided that she has proof of a licensed contractors invoice that was paid for Freon.Strongly recommend to get unit cleaned to prevent any future malfunctionsFactory parts warranty is in effect though 10/31/the labor warranty is in effect till 10/31/Filters need to be replaced every months.Enclosed are the copy of the check, invoice no*** dated 10/31/and invoice nodated 06/29/2016.*** ***A L Afffordable, Inc

The parking lot is clearly marked in multiple locations and indicates the parking is for customers onlyIf staff sees a person park and abandon their vehicle, they are under instructions to tow the vehicle

Review: We were stuck in this drive thru for 20 minutes, holding up several vehicles behind us. When the initial order was asked, the employee couldn't understand what banana royale was. It was on their menu. After repeating several times, the employee switches to the other person in the office. Again, they couldn't understand what banana royale was. We instead asked for pralines and cream. Still didn't understand. The employees switched places again and asked for our order. After repeating "Pralines and Cream," we were immediately yelled at with the response "WAIT! I'M BUSY!" We waited another 5 minutes, and he finally came back on asking for our order. The employee couldn't understand what "Cookies and Cream" was, eventually saying they didn't have it. They also did not have Bubble Gum ice cream. When then asked for [redacted]'s flavored ice cream. Couldn't understand this either, but then told us they didn't have it. We again just ordered for pralines and cream and cotton candy, and they replied with "just come around."When we finally pull up to the window, all we received was cotton candy ice cream. We were told we did not order anything else. So we asked for just plain and simple 1 scoop vanila ice cream and 1 kid scoop vanilla ice cream in cups. The employee returned with 2 adult scoop vanilla ice creams in the same cup. I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee acted like he didn't understand me. I continued to ask for the manager as he processed my payment, but completely ignored me. I asked again, and the employee switched with the other person. I asked for the manager once again, and the employee couldn't understand me. Eventually I paid for this order and decided to call when I got home. After calling 15 times, and being hung up on 4 times, I decided instead to report the incident.Desired Settlement: 1. Actually carry the items on their menu, instead of continuously stating they "ran" out.2. Work on the staff member's customer service skills.3. Ensure staff can actually understand English.4. Ensure the staff knows what is on their menu.
