We have spoken to the customer and are going to help the customer by replacing the pontoons for the customer at no charge and the customer is going to pay for the labor. The pontoons have been ordered and will communicate with the customer as soon as they arrive. The customer is
responsible for getting the pontoons painted as instructed upon the inital purchase of the boat

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, we were not instructed to get the Pontoons painted when we initially bought the boat, this is where we were mislead to believe we had to put it in the water first and had to get it painted after a couple of months to a year

Tell us why here...we have revised the complaint and have cut a manual check to the customer as our corporate systems do not allow refunds without state issued ID. Bill

I had previously sent a copy to you via regular mail so my apologies for it not making it to you. One of our sale associates at the store did work with Mr. [redacted] and tried to show him the product that was the sale items which were in a center aisle...

bin. My understanding is he wanted the regular stock for the same price. A manager was never sought out for remedy. On Mr [redacted] exit one of our Managers did see him and saw he was upset. Did approach and ask if he could help him and Mr. [redacted] was pretty upset at that time and would not stop and talk to him.
We will gladly work with Mr. [redacted] and rectify the situation and if he had asked for a Manager at the time of misunderstanding we would have taken care of him at that time. We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding and his bad experience. We do want to make it right and take care of Mr. [redacted]. Please have him reach out to Myself [redacted] Operations Manager [redacted] and we will gladly fix this issue.
