This is a positive review for Bats Canada related to their ongoing Customer SupportFours years ago (May-June 2012) we hired Bats Canada to remove bats from and then "Bat Proof" the attic of our rural farm home (approximately years old) After the work was completed, we went four years without a bat gaining access to the house which they regularly did prior to the bat proofing Then this spring we had one occasion of one bat getting into the houseWe then went three or so weeks with no further occurrence but even so I contacted Bats Canada to ask if they would check the attic which they said they would I had checked the attic myself for as far as I could see into what is a large space and saw no signs of bat droppings or any batsSo it was a bit of a mystery to me as to how that one bat got in [redacted] - the owner of Bats Canada, came out and accessed the attic and did a full inspection of it and as well found no bats or signs of bats At this point is where the excellent customer support was seenDespite not finding any indication of bats having accessed the attic, [redacted] did a full outside upper story inspection of the houseNot only that he reset some mansard shingles that were slightly raised, replaced one piece of slate that I had found on the grass a few days earlier and he completely re-sealed all the house soffits with silicon sealantAll of this he did as warranty work at no charge to me So while there was no evidence that the bats were gaining access to the attic through the upper story, [redacted] took the extra steps of completely ensuring that the upper story was fully sealed against any bats getting in When [redacted] and his helper originally did the bat proofing it was very clear to me as I watched them work that they were doing a quality job and I was getting my money's worthI now know that same attitude can be found in Bats Canada ongoing warranty service I highly recommend Bats Canada for the quality of their work and their excellent ongoing warranty support

Two summers ago we had the unfortunate experience of a bat flying down from our the third story of our heritage house and entering our main living area. After the work was completed, we went four years without a bat gaining access to the house which they regularly did prior to the bat proofing.

Then this spring we had one occasion of one bat getting into the house. We then went three or so weeks with no further occurrence but even so I contacted Bats Canada to ask if they would check the attic which they said they would.

I had checked the attic myself for as far as I could see into what is a large space and saw no signs of bat droppings or any bats. So it was a bit of a mystery to me as to how that one bat got in.

[redacted] - the owner of Bats Canada, came out and accessed the attic and did a full inspection of it and as well found no bats or signs of bats.

At this point is where the excellent customer support was seen. Despite not finding any indication of bats having accessed the attic, [redacted] did a full outside upper story inspection of the house. Not only that he reset some mansard shingles that were slightly raised, replaced one piece of slate that I had found on the grass a few days earlier and he completely re-sealed all the house soffits with silicon sealant. All of this he did as warranty work at no charge to me.

So while there was no evidence that the bats were gaining access to the attic through the upper story, [redacted] took the extra steps of completely ensuring that the upper story was fully sealed against any bats getting in.

When [redacted] and his helper originally did the bat proofing it was very clear to me as I watched them work that they were doing a quality job and I was getting my money's worth. I now know that same attitude can be found in Bats Canada ongoing warranty service.
