Defective battery - fraud
Ordered a battery from Richmond BC, and they shipped it from Richmond BC Canada.
Found that the battery is defective. Now they send me an address to ship this defective battery to US address and I will have to pay for shipment. this is rip off or fraud ..the same way they want their customer to dump it in recycling bin rather sending it back...why I have to ship it to US...I ordered from BC Canada.. In the RMA address is in Richmond BC
This is fraudulent business.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Acer laptop through their website The site crashed just after I entered my credit card info I have been trying to contact their customer service department to no avail The phone number listed never connects to a real person You can leave a message, however they have never called me back despite several messages left They have charged my credit card and it seems impossible to get any sort of customer service I urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to pick another company [redacted]

This business is a [redacted] that offers such low prices that they cannot be true They are not I ordered a battery that was faulty, and they did presented a complex return policy that has not resulted in a return of my money In fact, I was required to pay the postage for the return of the faulty item [redacted]

Battery was defective and never worked It contained no charge as shipped, was not recognized by the laptop [redacted] , and would not charge despite following all of the company's elaborate instructions, upgrading the***, and following other instructions found on-line to attempt to do so I lost a day of work trying to resolve this problem Company has not processed my return despite proof that they received the returned item two weeks ago They refuse to refund shipping charges despite their obviously defective product

I know that I searched for and ordered the product for my computer modelThey billed and sent the wrong batteryI do not know how they accomplished this but their phone service is voice mail onlyI cannot even talk to a real person to resolve the issue

Worse supplier in the worldSlow response, and they charge customer for their own fault
