This business is a [redacted] that offers such low prices that they cannot be true. They are not.

I ordered a battery that was faulty, and they did presented a complex return policy that has not resulted in a return of my money. In fact, I was required to pay the postage for the return of the faulty item.

[redacted] I was unable to contact anyone to find their location. Multiple phone numbers all go to voice mail. My message was not returned. The website gives a phone number to call to get the address for product pick up, but it reaches the same voice mail where both options direct you back to their website to get the information you want, which tells you to call the number, and so on and so on.....

I bought a battery, they sent the wrong one, and when I wanted to return it they insisted I pay the return shipping to return it to them. Then they said they would only refund the product, not the shipping costs I paid for them to send THE WRONG product to me.

I paid $20 for the battery, and will have paid over $35 in shipping. Meaning I now have paid $35 for NOTHING. It took them over a week to answer an email and it's all cut and paste copy. Left 3 voicemails and no one called me back. What a scam.

Went to Best Buy store and they did not have my laptop battery. Went home and found it on BattDepot for less money than Best Buy's online price. The battery was shipped extremely quickly and it has performed to expectations thus far.
