I filed for an $rebateSubmitted all paperwork and box UPCI was told my submission was invalid as I was missing paperworkI refilled the needed paperwork, still not changeI then notice this is a problem with many people and their rebatesSo I knew I needed to file with the Revdex.comI did and within days, I received a phone call from Bausch & LombI was told they have checked all my paper work and don't know why it was rejectedI was told I would have to wait a bit for the rebate to be processedI said ok then I will waitBausch & Lomb then completed the needed info on the Revdex.com site and I was forced to close the previous submission out as satisfactory, but I added, if my rebate showsTHE REBATE HAS NOT SHOWN UP, MONTHS LATERMy Bausch & Lomb tracking number is *** Promotion: Save up to $on ULTRA for Presbyopia(16-58642) My first Revdex.com filing is Complaint ID#: *** This is sad that a large cooperation like this, sets up rebates and does not comply with their own rulesEven worse that they had the nerve to call me and not follow through on the Revdex.com agreement we hadThis rebate needs to be mailed out right awayI am not going away until it doesI would never have bought a years supply of these, but the rebate enticed me to do soNow we know whyI will be talking to my eye doctor and informing him of this trouble tooPLEASE STOP RIPPING OF YOUR CUSTOMERSI want Bausch and Lomb to complete this transactionI want my $card sent to me in the mail right awayNo more weeks to waitI have waited long enough
