Review: In September of 2015 paid for a portfolio of accounts receivables. As of December of 2015 did not receive it yet. Barbara O[redacted] admitted that she does not have it and never did. Barbara O[redacted] keeps telling me that I should get it the next day, or next week and nothing happens. Requested a refund on multiple occasions. Did not receive it yet. Do not deal with Barbara O[redacted] she is unreliable and a liar. Looking into filing criminal charges for theft by deception.Desired Settlement: refund

Mr. [redacted] requested a contract for a file dated 9/4/2015 and he wired his funds on 9/9/2015 his file was delivered to him on 9/10/2015. Mr. [redacted] has had the file he purchased since 9/10/2015 and has acknowledged he did in fact receive his file.
