While Golden Rule admits in its letter that it was wrong with regards to the date of the relocation notification, Golden Rule only provided a 3-month vs6-month creditSurely an organization as large as Golden Rule does not need to nickel and dime in hopes of "meeting in the middle" when Golden Rule knows it was wrong.Further, Golden Rule's letter references a check to be sent for the refundBut that check too has not been receivedAgain, it seems like Golden Rule is hoping I just forget that it owes me money

*** & *** *** United Health Golden Rule has not spoken with us directlyThrough our agent, we are again letting them keep the extra payment they took in March to be applied to the April payment which was not due until 4/12/The insurance company has not been in contact with us directly to apologize or to explain why they keep messing up the agreed payment scheduleThey have not sent us any Authorization To Disclose Information for to sign eitherI also received another doctor bill back saying a claim was denied for a 3/01/doctor appointment for *** at *** *** *** stating "these expenses were incurred after the coverage terminated" which is untrueI believe the doctor's office may have sent the bill the one of the "duplicated/cancelled ID numbers" which was also due to the insurance company duplicating applications, ID numbers & then cancelling the duplicated policySo the doctors office now has to resubmit the claim with using the other ID number We feel the insurance company should waive the final payment in May due to all the inconveniences They may contact us directly if they are unable to disclose information to Revdex.com

It has been a week since the senior appeals representative said she would be responding to me under separate coverI have not heard any response from her or any other representative for the companyI called the number she provided and when entering the extension number she said was hers, the menu says, “This is not a valid extension number.” I tried multiple timesIt has been over a month since my first initial contact to get this resolved, and they have still told me nothing
