attempt at an apology. It's clear that their number one priority is not the customer. Lack of poor planning with regards to staffing is absolutely inexcusable. I can't remember a single time I have attempted to contact customer service and have not experienced a minimum of 30 minutes hold time. I've been a customer since 2011 and it's always been this way. They should be ashamed to treat customers like this. They claim to be affiliated with United healthcare whose customer care is by far superior to golden rules.Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. saying doctor is not covered but the hospital was well why did the hospital deny any coverage from you guys too?!?!?!? billed from the doctor and hospital and my P.C is covered I checked and they made up no excuse and just charged me cause this insurance company covers NOTHING. look at their consumer report reviews. all 1 star out of 5. they scam people out of money think they have health insurance from them. in their letter this crooks try to sell me the SAME PLAN I HAD and said that would make you covered for the errors I am talking about.  they are awful people! golden rule needs to be shutdown!

I have contacted them 1 more time since, and they said they need 60 days to review my appeal. Originally they said it would take 30 days. It seems they are dragging it out, because by the time they respond my waiting period may be over. They keep saying they will respond under separate cover, but they have made 0 efforts to contact me.
