They have been stringing me along for the last weeks about having my vehicle picked up from Garden City Jeep and transported back to Bayridge chrysler jeepAs of 1/**/1000hrs the vehicle is still on the Garden City Jeep LotI spoke to Tina and she has not heard from Paul about picking up my vehicleThis is exactly why I have contacted Revdex.com because Bayridge has continued to stall with regards to doing want was agreed upon with Chrysler Customer ServiceIt is going on month without my vehicle and this entire experience is ridiculous! Never in my life have I ever dealt with a Service Dept whose entire customer service is so disgustingly unsatifactory that it is beyond belief!

 I just picked up vehicle from Bayridge ChryslerJeepDodgeRam. Car was repaired by service dept, but they failed to disclose the fact that there was exterior damage on drivers side of vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the service manager Paul and he states that the vehicle was towed in from Garden City on 1/**/16 with the damage. When I had it towed to Garden City on the evening of 1/**/16, there was no damage to the extent that I saw today. He (paul) is claiming that the car was damage prior to it getting back to Bayridge. Paul produced a tow receipt that appears to have been altered. When I asked him about the tow receipt appearing to look as if it was altered, he states oh no I would not do that because that would be fraud! I called the Tow company and asked them to fax the original receipt so that I can compare the two. I also contacted Tina the service manager and told her about the damage. She told me to bring the car so that they can see the damage that was done. I am very upset that issues keep arising with regards to this car and service dept. So, no I'm not satisfied with how I have been treated during this entire incident. So now I'm waiting for tow company to produce the original receipt.

Spoke to [redacted] on 03/**/16 we had left off that we are awaiting the original tow slip from the tow company to confirm that the damage was on the vehicle when the vehicle was picked up from the other dealership. [redacted] is out of town and wont be back from her vacation until Sunday 03/*/16. She had made arrangements to call me on Monday 03/**/16 to let me know when she is available to pass by the store next week so I can go over the damage with her and to see if we can get the problem resolved. Tell us why here...

spoke with customer . explained to [redacted] that he needs to open file with Chrysler corp. for possible buy back. Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep has done everthing that it can to this point .

Review: My vehicle lease was up so I went in to get a new car. I got a new car but the sales rep I dealt with must have taken my old jeep and parked it illegally. The next day I received 3 summons which I didn't find out about since it was not my vehicle anymore. About a month later I receive a notice that I owe payment, I call the dealership they tell me they will take care of it. Wrong, this morning I go out to head to work and there is a boot on my car. I had to pay late fees , boot fees and the original violation fines, $650 just to remove the boot and get my car back. I contacted the dealership and I'm told I'd receive a call back management was discussing what they will do. It has been several hours and now the dealership closed and still no call. I will be going into the dealership tomorrow and speaking with whom ever I need too. This is my first complaint with this dealership and my second car with them, but this will be my only complaint as once this is taken care of I highly doubt I'll be doing any business with them. It's a lot of money to me, to the dealership whom told me originally they would take care of it, why was it not handled properly in the first place. Just doesn't sound like good business to me. Lying to customers, especially returning customers.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to reimburse me the full amount that I had to pay for my vehicle to be released to me. I didn't park illegally nor did I know of the summons until after a month after the fact plus, I was told they would take care of it in first place. If they would have taken care of summons when I was told they would I wouldn't have had to pay $650 to get my car back.

Review: I'm handicapped, the car is too small. I went out, to get a Mini-Van. They, gave me a little Nissan Sinatra 2008. They overcharged me. They took my 2001 Expedition, and told me that the trade in value was 100$ dollars, and they took my Expedition without my permission, and had it scrapped. So now. I don't have no form of transportation to get around, now I'm stuck in my house. Now. I need, my vehicle back, or replace it with a brand new vehicle. I sont my 73 year old husband over there, and they told him to sign a paper, they never gave any paperwork. The Expedition was in my husbands name. [redacted] came to my home after 3 weeks. With a bill of sales, my license plates for my Expedition. And the bill of sales, only has my name on it, and I never signed any papers, and now this little vehicle is in my name. When, it's supposed to be in my husbands name originally. The salesman, [redacted]. Just dropped this car, infront of my door, and gave me a broken key. And, told me and my husband it was a loaner car. Then he said Don't crash it, don't get any tickets. And. I was telling him no, he has to take the car back. And he just left it here with me. He told me, he showed my husband a car, and a minivan. Which my husband says, he never showed him any car. So, I need y'all help, in getting my vehicle back. Let them take their vehicle back. This is not the vehicle for me. So please, can you help me to let them know to give me my vehicle back. They contacted my insurance people, and put the car into my insurance. I never authorized them to do this.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement for my expedition that they took to the junkyard and scraped. I have no forms of transportation, and I need to get around, because I'm handicapped. And, daily activities.

Review: Well I went to get vehicle serviced and I was turned away do too it being busy and the service host asked if I had appointment which isn't a requirement for vehicle that have at least 5 recalls and back up camera to be fixed it just didn't go for a regular maintenance, the location for service is affiliated with guiffre and is located on [redacted] and they where very rude...and the funny thing about it is other people where coming in with cars that didn't even have appointment it just crazy to meDesired Settlement: My car to be fixed and apology.....

Review: It all started on March [redacted], 2014 when my husband and I wanted to buy a Dodge Journey. We wanted to look around before making the final decision. Our first stop was [redacted] Dodge Chrysler. We were there looking at prices and decided to look around for something cheaper. Two weeks later on March **, 2014 we returned to the dealership to see what new deals they had. As soon as my husband and I walked through the door, we were approached by, "we remember you, we know what you want". So we assumed they knew what we wanted since we were there two weeks prior. They stated that they still had the vehicle we looked at before but it was not at the store but in Staten Island, New York. We took their word for it and signed the contact. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was not the vehicle we looked at before. We wanted a 7 seater and this new vehicle only had 5 seats. The manager at the time, [redacted], told us that it was too late to switch it because we already signed the contract. We were stuck! We asked about trading and we were informed that we would have to wait until we received Title with Lien. Fast forward to June *, 2014 when we received the Title. Not knowing that we could go to any Dodge dealership, we went to the same [redacted] location to do the trade. The paperwork was being done and we were told that we would have to put $2000 down. We didn't have that much anymore because we put down $6000 on the first vehicle. We explained to the Sales person, [redacted], that we didn't have that kind of money available. [redacted] then spoke to the [redacted] and he came back with a price of $1460. That was still too high for us. We told [redacted] that we could afford $1000. So he then spoke to [redacted] again and came back to let us know that they would "take care" of the $460 and we would only have to pay the $1000. We agreed and signed the contract. We picked up our car on June **, 2014. On June **, 2014, I got a texted from the [redacted] that we still owed $1000. I let him know that we didn't. He texted me again saying I told him the day we picked up the car that I would bring back another $1000. That statement was not true because I didn't have anymore money. It has been a stressful 3 months dealing with these people. I feel like they are harrassing about the $1000 that I do not owe.Desired Settlement: Leave me alone because if I owed $1000 why did they let me take the car off the lot? They are trying to get more money out of me.

I had gone out of town during the New Years to Rockville Md. I stopped in the DARCARS Jeep dealership for an oil change and to check the car for an axle noise that I was hearing from my 2012 Jeep Compass. They told me that its CV boot was damaged and the axle needed to be replaced. I told them I was only there for the holiday and could not leave it because I had to be back at work on Monday 1/*/16. They also told me that the car was drivable and that when I returned to NY I was to take it to my dealerships service dept. On 1/*/16 I took it to Bayridge Chrysler Jeep for service. I told him what the other service dept had said about having the CV Boot and axle repaired. The service advisor, Vivian said that I should get it back by 1/*/16. On the afternoon of 1/*/16 Service advisor Vivian called me and said that they had a problem with the part that they had received, and she stated it was "defective" and that it was causing a leak, so they are ordering a new part and that the car should be still ready by 1/*/16. On the afternoon of 1/*/16 they called to tell me that the car is still having a leak issue and that my car was still not ready. So I took a cab over to the service dept to see the service manager about what was going on with my car. The service manager, Paul told me that they were having problems installing the parts and also that they had to replace a "knuckle" on the axle. So they told me that I could get a rental car while I waited for them to complete the repair. Vivian told me the car should be ready by Monday, 1/**/16, Tuesday 1/**/16 at the latest. I got a call Monday from Vivian that the car would be ready on Tuesday and that I could pick up then. So on Tuesday morning I went in to pick up my car. The service manager Paul was there and I made my warranty deductible payment and he released the car. As I drove home I noticed the acceleration was funny and car was revving and steering was loose. I called service manager back but they said that he was unavailable. I was told he would call me back. I got home and parked it in the driveway. That afternoon I got ready to go into work, I started the car and backed out the driveway and proceeded to drive, but the car only drove two blocks before it lost acceleration. I managed to pull over to the curb. The engine was still running, but when I put it into gear, reverse and drive I got no power. I called Bayridge Chrysler Jeep and spoke to Vivian and told her what had happened. I told her that I was going to call roadside assistance to have the car towed. The tow company told me that my warranty coverage would only allow them to tow it within 10 miles to the nearest service dept and that if I wanted it towed back to Bayridge Chrysler, I would have to pay the excess mileage. So after the tow company called several Jeep dealerships in my area, Garden City Jeep was the only one that would take it. So on the evening of 1/**/16, it was towed into Garden City Jeep service. The service advisor told me that they would not be able to look at it until, Thursday 1/**/16 and that he would call me with the diagnosis. I received no call until 1/**/16 from Tina and was told that my car need transmission work and that it would cost $600! My car did not have a transmission problem. It was fine when I have brought it into the Bayridge Chrysler service dept! I told Tina what was supposed to have been done on my car at Bayridge Chrysler and she told me that the axle was replaced with an aftermarket part! I immediately called back Paul the service manager at Bayridge and he denied the claim! So I contacted Chrysler Customer service to get to the bottom if this!

Paul at Bayridge Chrysler Jeep and he said that he was going make arrangements to have the car towed back to them. So that was 1/**/16, it is now 1/**/16 and I received a call from Tina that the car is still at Garden City and she is trying to get in touch with Bayridge to pick up the car! I'm not happy at all because for the entire month of January I've been without a vehicle and I've been getting the runaround! I've been inconvenienced long enough! This is ridiculous!Desired Settlement: My car was running perfectly, (no engine or transmissions issues) just the passenger side axle boot needed replacement. The car has never been in any accident and the wheel alignment and steering was fine. I just want it repaired properly, and thats it!
