Review: I HAD THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE THEY HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS AND DID NO WORK ON IT.WHEN THEY GET THE CAR FROM THERE LOT THEY PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET IN TRAFFIC SO I COULD NOT CHECK THE CAR FOR DAMAGE.WHEN I GET HOME I NOTICE A LOT OF BIRD DROPINGS ON MY CAR AND BODY DAMMAGE TO MY RIGHT FRONT BUMPER THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY CAR.I CALL THE SERVICE MANAGER Paulo A[redacted] AND TELL HIM OF THE DAMAGE .I WENT BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE .HE TELLS ME HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DOES.I HAD TO CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM.Desired Settlement: PAY FOR THE REPAIR OF THE DAMAGE THEY DID WHILE IN THERE PARKING GARAGE.

Review: I bought a 2015 Dodge Charger SRT 8 in the middle of August. During talks with Jeff, the Finance person, I requested the extended warranty maintenance package & the tire & wheel package. I wanted this warranty through MOPAR. Jeff said, "No Problem. You can have it." In November, I took the Charger in for maintenance at the Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge Dealership in Beacon, New York. I was told by the service assistant that I did not have the MOPAR coverage. The service assistant said his dealership did not except anything but MOPAR Warranty. As a result, I needed to pay out of pocket for the maintenance on my car. I called Kelly, my salesman, about a dozen times & received no response. I then called Jeff about a dozen times & still received no response. I then called one of the co-owners & still got no response from the dealership. I have no idea what extended warranty I purchased as the dealership did not send me an account number or any information pertaining to it. I'm looking for restitution in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the extended warranty maintenance package & the wheel & tire package in the amount of $3,000.

BAY RIDGE CHRYSLER JEEP CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER AND OFFERED TO CHANGE CONTRACT TO A MOPAR. CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE PURCHASED DIRECT FROM MOPAR. BAY RIDGE CHRYSLER WILL REIMBURSE THE CUSTOMER THE $3000.00 THATHE PAID. THE FUNDS WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE BANK .
