If there was anything that needed to be modified or updated on thepaperwork, the customer is specifically instructed to contact us so that we can quickly address theproblem. However, he outrightrefuses to follow all of our steps and instructions given to him.This customer paid for our time, effort, assistance, copies of our proprietary documents,document preparation, mailings, and all other services which we have fully provided to him. His own,impatient actions have disabled him from filing the documents we have prepared and provided for him,and have disabled us from assisting him any further in this matter. In no way can a customer's ownactions and neglect of responsibility reflect negatively against our business.Also, we have many clients in New York. The services we provide can be used in the state, as wehave been servicing New York since 1973. I have already filed a complaint regarding this business. ([redacted]) I requested assistance with filing for a divorce. Since I am not knowledgeable when it comes to filling out divorce paperwork, I contacted this company that I found online. Advertised in red bluff. I ended up receiving the paperwork from the state of Washington. I chose a local office incase I had or they had questions, I can go in and take care of it quickly. The court that I went to file my divorce, told me that the forms I was given from baylor and associates we not accepatble. I wanting to get divorced as soon as possible got upset for now my divorce is getting delayed. I chose to go somewhere else and filed immediately to get my divorce going. I ended up buying the CORRECT forms from the court house. They also gave me a form explaining why the forms from baylor and associates were unacceptable. I mailed that form to them certified and they were picked up on the 7 of December. I do not want any assistance from them for we are just going back and forth and delaying my divorce. All I am requesting is a refund. They are the pros. They should know what forms to use and if it is completed correctly. NOT ME.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have stated to the buinness that madison county refuses to file them the only time I can do this is during nomal buissness hours I have already lost two days of work trying to take care of this also the only time they can be contacted is bettween 11;30pmto1;30pm monday thru friday my lunch time is 12;00 pm several times I tried to contact them during my lunch and waited on hold for most of my lunch somtimes all of my lunch. I can not use phone. unless it is my brake I am not refusing to do it I am getting refused and cannot take anymore time off I will lose my job.Sincerely,[redacted]

The customer paid for our time, effort, and assistance, copies of our proprietary documents, document preparation, mailings, and all other services which we have fully provided to him, and if the customer wishes, we will resume services for him. However, choosing to simply not continue services with us, does not qualify him for a refund because he has neglected to follow all of our steps and instructions.
As previously stated in our last response to this customer, once the documents of rejection have been provided, we then proceed to make any corrections needed then; from that point the customer must continue the filing process. Our refund policy states that if the customer uses the documents, instructions, and services correctly, and his divorce is not contested by his spouse, he will be able to receive a valid divorce for any uncontested situation, or will receive his money back. A customer must follow all of our instructions and use our services fully and properly, as agreed prior to a transaction, to facilitate the uncontested divorce action. The customer is not qualified for a refund because again, he has not followed all of our steps and instructions, written or verbal –Specifically he did not make the proper statement to the County Clerk that we instructed him to make. Otherwise, the County Clerk would have accepted the filing of our documents. After hundreds of divorces in California this Company has never experienced a rejection of our paperwork by a County Clerk if our paperwork and statements are correctly used.
Please ask the customer what he said to the County Clerk. And afterwards we can tell you the exact degree to which the customer errored.
In regards to the customer wanting the office visit, a thirty day office appointed is needed and he would need to pay $300 in advance for the first hour of consultation with the attorney. The customer has been told this requirement and has refused to send in the said $300.
This customer does not deserve a refund. We are always ready to reinstitute his papers at no addition cost coming from us.
