this is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with to start they acquired my loan back in NovI got a letter from them stating that if I didn't provide them with proof of ins they would affix theirs to it When I called my insurance cobayview had not contacted them about it Then I get a letter wanting payment saying I was behind but since they had just acquired the loan I had days to correct it it,s funny for yrs it has been automatically deducted from my bank account every monththey bought the loan I didn't apply or ask for it that's their responsibly to get from the seller and now they want my social security number so they can report my interest to the govt no other loan company that my loan has been sold to needed it just a terrible terrible experience dealing with bayview

When I called about past due calls I was receiving I was told part of my payment had been put in suspenseI authorized it to me moved and was told they need some info to do itTwo days later I received notice that they had taken that money out of my checking account without authorization They stole money out of my checking account and are not to inclined to return itThey are impossible to deal withHad my loan not been sold to them I would bot be dealing with them

I am dealing with them because my home loan was sold to them The problem that I have is that they have someone else's loan documents loaded on my account I am able to see the other person's social security numbers, loan information, full names, address, etc It is everything I would need if I wanted to steal someone's identify I have called several times about having these documents removed from my account but they are still there visible to me My concern is who is able to see my documents because they made a clerical error

Message from title company Comments I'm trying to refinance my homeI have a second small mortgage loan with Bayview that CHASE transferred to themIt doesn't matter what time of day or night I call the number, the line is busyI was terrified when I saw the Revdex.com rating for this institutionRevdex.com already helped by having other phone numberBut as I try to refinance this is the kind of problems we are encountering with this company: "Good afternoon, I am having a really hard time obtaining sub requirements, I have been faxing my request for almost a month now with no fax back of the requirements, I have called in a number of times and they tell me they are going to have the info faxed, still don't have it, I called today to ask to speak to a supervisor and was refused , can you have the borrower call XXX-XXX-XXXX and ask that sub requirements be faxed to me at XXX-XXX-XXXX? Sorry for this being so hard to obtain, I have never experienced a bank be this difficult, thanks! "

This company purchased our home loan & it's been a nightmare from day I tried to make first payment on the due date & they didn't have the loan in their system yet, then I am told I won't be charged for a late payment but still recorded as lateThen for them to process a payment as on time I needed to send payment at least days before the due date for it be put to my account as received on time even though my bank shows it as taken out of my account days previousThen I request a payoff, have my bank wire transfer the payoff, now they owe me money & it's been months, still not receivedAfter numerous calls (another nightmare), I am told I need to request in writing that I did not receive a refundI was also told it will be 60-business days until I get a letter of satisfaction that the loan is paid offAt this rate I am hoping to get everything resolved before Christmas on a loan that was paid off in AprilI will NEVER deal with this company again

This company checked to find out if my first modification was permanent on July 10, By August they were whining that [redacted] had not provided adequate info, even though they had never checked again after that date Getting a modification is a constant battle

Prior to X-Bayview sent me a new payment agreement to be $per
month After going thru the paper work I discovered it was only to be $
per month After several phone calls they agreed I was rightThe payment was
to be $per month, they were per an agreement to take the $
on X-they did not However on X-they took from my account
$ Again after many phone calls they agreed they should have only
taken the $ And said it would be a while before I would get my money
back, and by the way the overdrew my account by taking the $All
I would get is we are looking into it I told them my account was overdrawn
I had no money, they were sorry but they were looking into it After many
many more phone calls waiting on hold a manger said this is wrong let
me see what we can do for you, this is our fault we need to make it right
She promiised she would call me back to tell me when I would get back
my money since I didnt have any because they took it all I asked if they
would simply wire it back to my account, no we cant do it that way, yet
that is the way they took it
I then recieved in the mail a delinquent notice and as of X-i Owed
them $ Plus a late charge was being assessed to my account
So I called again they said oh that must be a mistake, it was because
they never finished all the paper work they were supposed to do even
though I had all the information they requested to them in more than
enough time for them to get it right There own people said that it was
very strange that it had not been completed yet, and they just didnt
understand what was going on, but they would look into it Afew days
later I recieved a check that did not include the overdraft because they
took all my money, I had to borrow money to get me through untill
they sent the check I was to pay that money back on X- the
check I got on X- Made all this worth while, untill I opend it
and seen that they made it out to my Mother who passed-away
nearly months ago At that time I actually got physically sick
my blood presure went thru the roof, So I called again now all of a
sudden the manager that helped me to get the check didnt have
time to call be back I called again no call back., but for my comfort
I was assured that they were looking into it
I called again today X-around 9;a.m Spoke to a representative
that I spoke with before HIs name is Mr.***, I tell you if this
company had more people like this man they would have any
problems at all He said he was sorry thing is he meant it Told
me he was writing a long email so I could get the respect and
attention no one else was giving me I said thank you but when
will I hear from them, because I still have no money He said
they dont come in till around and I should give them till about
11;to review it and call me Around noon no call back I called
again couldnt reach Mr.*** but the person I did get said
Oh im so sorry let me see what I can do for you So again im
on hold for another eternity She comes back and says I cant
get to them because they are reviewing the email that were sent
on my behalf But I should know they are looking into ti
I asked again can I speak to the supervisor in your department
she said well he is the one looking into it for you So again i
asked if I could speak with him, she said yes, the phone rang
once went to voice mail it said that he has at this time to
hours to get back to me
Im actually feeling sick again so I got off the phone Later when
I began to feel better, I called again the lady I got this time
was looking up my information I guess she was looking into
it for me She came back and said I was wrong her screen showed
that on X-i should have made a payment of $732.76, I
asked her if I could take a moment gathered myself we spoke
a *** longer, she wanted to know if I would gather all the
information I had previously sent to bayview and was appoved
by bayview so she could see the info that she cant find on
my account, I said what, agian I had to get off the phone I was
feeling ill again I told her I just cant deal with this anymore
not right now, When I feel better I will call back So I called back
I could not get to any supervisor at all none period, The ones i
did talk to didnt make the recalls they said they would Like
this moring the people I coundt talk to because they were
looking into it for me, Big surprise they didnt call back Thats
why im on here now Still havent been called back and still
dont know when I will ever see my money again The worst
part was when someone decided to send my check back to me
when I was the one that signed all the paperwork and mine
was the only banking information I supplied them with Can
anyone imagine all this and there check is made out to
Mother that passed *** This was unecessary, and
devistating beyond human belief BBut guess what they
had to say were sorry, BUT WERE LOOKING INTO IT FOR YOU
Im feeling bad again so I will call them again tommorow

I walked away from my condo in New Jersey in My loan and foreclosure ended up with Bayview loansI thought it would take maybe a year to foreclose on my propertyWell years later it was still sitting and the HOA filed a lawsuit against me for HOA dues for the seven yearsI couldn't believe they had no plans for foreclosureI started calling Bayview loans regarding a foreclosure date in hopes that would take care of lien with HOAI got lucky one day and re**hed James W*** who asked why I did not do a Deed in Lieu of foreclosureHe proceeded to tell me about the requirements to file for itI was so surprised that I qualified for this option.The best news was I would get a $incentive from Freddie M** for going with the deed in lieuJames W*** was so professional and knowledgeable about my situationEverything he told me was **curate and my situation is finally over and all my liens were taken care of and I received the $incentive like I was toldJames W*** was my savior from a never ending stressful financial terrorizing situationIf he would not of suggested the deed in lieu of foreclosure I would still be being terrorized by the HOA and my property sitting until who knows how long it would went onThank you James

I have scheduled payments to be made on my mortgage that for whatever reason was sold to this company, and they were never applied to my mortgage, they claimed the funds were not available in my account to cover the payment, then charged me a NSF fee to boot Funds were there the whole time, had proof from the bank yet they still have not reversed anything They have also purchased unnecessary insurances for my home even though proof was again given by my insurance agents It has just been a horrible nightmare that will not go away

Words can not describe how me and my family thank Bayview for their assistance! They were able to help us remain in our home after years of rejection by other mortage lendersNot only that, they helped saved our home as we were faced with foreclusure and being "Homeless"! Bayview Loan Servicing was really helpful!!!!

Several years ago, in fact, I entered into an agreement for settlement with Bayview Loan ServicingIn the agreement, Bayview was to remove the negative entries and straighten out my credit report to show that the debt was fully satisfiedIt is now years later, and Bayview has not straightened out my credit report and, in fact, sent me a letter about the debt recentlyTheir negligence has costs me considerablyI have been turned down for business loans, personal loans, and even an opportunity to raise business capital because of their negligenceI am appalled that a business, such as theirs, can have such incompetent record keepingI would not recommend these people to anyone and anyone doing business with them should bewareEven after settlement of a debt, Bayview seems to believe they can continue to hound you for more

Terrible business, uneducated customer service people, lost documents They want to charge me for a payoff request They will not apply extra money toward the principal They have opened an escrow account and added money to it AFTER I supplied my paid tax receipt - "We may have lost it"

I had a very positive experience with Bayview Loan Servicing LLC. The rep that assisted me, [redacted], was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She helped take some of the sting out of the process and I am thankful for the outcome.

My loan was transfered to Bayview loan servicing in June 2015- it has been a nightmare ever since. I had a modification of my loan prior to them getting the loan. I have the letter from the previous company for May and paid that modified amount. Bayview now indicates that my payment is $250 dollars more a month. I call(terrible customer service and phone system. It hangs up on you and requires multipal calls) and am told I have to submit everything in writting and they will look into it. But long story short- I have to pay the higher until who knows when or they will access late fees and report me as late. No one there seems to give a rip, lifeless voices with no compassion. They are really great at transfering you to someone else higher up to assist you and hanging up on you in the process so you have to call back and go thorugh the whole thing again or more likely just give up. I have had a morgage for 14 years and its changed hands many times, never have I encountered this kind of horrible business practices.

I have had a terrible experience throughout the years. They make big mistakes by not posting payment then requested that I pay again. In order to fix the file. When I did it showed that I had an overpayment now I can't get this money back.

I just wanted to let people know that I've had nothing but great luck with my loan from Bayview. I've read many bad reviews about them and I can only tell you I've had the loan for over 10 years and unlike most banks ie B of A, Bayview is not in the business of owning property they want to help you with any problems you are having and understand that at times you can get into a bind. All you need to do with them is keep in touch with them they will always work with you as much as they can. At times you can get frustrated with them, but in the end they will pull through for you believe me. I hope this helps anyone who has trouble with a loan stay in touch.

Bayview Loan Servicing just acquired my home loan from City Financial in November 2015. Today, December 21, I received a letter stating that my hazard insurance lapsed and that they were buying hazard insurance for my home and I would have to pay for any insurance fees while their policy was in place.

This is totally unfactual. I have had the same insurance company and policy for 19 years and it has never lapsed. If I have any further issues with this company I will be sure to follow up with a complaint to the Revdex.com and State and Federal mortgage watch- dog groups.

For only having this company for one month this does not look well for them, or rather it looks by their ratings that it is their normal course of business.
