Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I realize that I signed the contract, however, these contracts are intentionally confusing and hard to understandAnd I was being rushed and pressuredWhat I'm saying is that I verbally told both the salesperson and the finance manager I did not want to put a down paymentThe finance manager replied that they would like at least the "first month's payment"So they lied to me.In addition, my other two concerns were not addressedWhy are they lying that the HRV's were not out at the end of November, when they clearly were? And why was the finance mananager pushing me towards a six year finance when I wanted a lease? between you and the bankSchaumburg Honda is not and does not approve or disapprove anyoneWe don't give out loans and we don't set the interest rate that you qualify forWe act as the middle man, we give the bank your information and the bank gives you your loan
Just to be clear, there is no contract between you and Schaumburg HondaWhich also means there is no breach
