I am rejecting this response...
because: I realize that I signed the contract, however, these contracts are intentionally confusing and hard to understand. And I was being rushed and pressured. What I'm saying is that I verbally told both the salesperson and the finance manager I did not want to put a down payment. The finance manager replied that they would like at least the "first month's payment". So they lied to me.In addition, my other two concerns were not addressed. Why are they lying that the 2017 HRV's were not out at the end of November, when they clearly were? And why was the finance mananager pushing me towards a six year finance when I wanted a lease? It was clearly done to pad your pockets. I'm completely disgusted with the dishonesty from this dealership.

To let you know we have contacted the customer with his misunderstanding and have agreed to get him an additional 2 way remote which was not with the original agreement. He will be here Monday October 23rd 2017 to reset the new remote to his van at no charge. If this is not the correct way to...
