Review: My husband did not arrive at the airport from his flight and I could not find his baggage. I do not have a cell phone and could not get ahold of him. I had no choice but to use a pay phone. The phone said it was $4 for a call. I thought it was a little steep but had to get ahold of him. I did not have $4 in change, only bills so I used my credit card. No where on the phone did it say that the price of using card or cash was different. I pushed my card in the slot and picked up the phone. It then prompted me to put in the security code on the back and the billing zip code. Then I dialed the number. I spoke for 2-3 minutes and found out he missed his flight. I did not recieve a recipt but looked for where it could have printed. A week later I saw the charge to my card. It was for $21.11, 5 times the amount I thought it would be. I called the company and the service rep was not helpful. He quoted me typical rates from the phones. I asked him where on the phone it said the rates. He said it did not say on the phone rates for using a credit card, only cash. I had to speak to an operator. I asked him if any where on the physical phone it said the rate for a card was different that from cash. He would not say yes or no, we went back and forth a couple times and still no direct answer. He said that I had to know to ask for an operator but since it was my first time using the phone I recieved a special rate. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I asked him again, Where on the phone did it say the rate was different for cash than for a credit card. I recieved no direct answer, just that during the call I was offered to speak to an operator or use the automated system. And that if I used the operator, I would have recieved the rates ahead of time. I told him I was not offered this selection. He told me I was wrong and that I was infact offered it and I chose not to use it. Is sounded like he called me a liar. So I got the company's information to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I understand it cost money to provide this service and I would be more than happy to pay what I expected to pay according to the posted price on the machine. $4. I would appreciate a refund of $17.11

Review: I am writing about an experience I had recently at FRA airport. I arrived in Frankfurt on November 7th from Delta at terminal 2. I decided to call a local friend in [redacted] so I used a machine that was located by the rental car stations. I made the call with a credit card, and spoke for about 1 minute. The company called BBG [redacted] charged me $85.15 for that one call. I was able to block the transaction at my bank for BBG [redacted], but was charged $35 for that service fee. Then on November 12th after I was contacted by a representative of BBG, I was then charged $21.40 for no reason, and BBG had changed its name to avoid my bank block. I have had to cancel my card while I am traveling in another country which has caused me severe inconvenience and problems.Desired Settlement: I want a refund check to be written to me in the amount of $86.40. This includes the fee I was charged to block my account, the additional 21.40 charge, and money for time lost and inconvenience due to closing my account, diverting funds, and making long distance calls while traveling.

Review: While traveling in Germany on Thu 19 Feb 2015 around 11:00am I used a public phone for a call within Germany with a credit card. The automated vocal announcement for charges stated 1$ connection fee plus 10cent every 18 seconds. My call lasted less than a minute and should have cost maybe 1.40 - and certainly less than $ 2 . My card was charged US$ 25.16. I called the company which offered me a $10 refund. I think I am entitled to at least a $23 refund.

Side note: A second charge of .95 and a reversal of the 0.95 appeared on my statement on the same day.Desired Settlement: Refund of at least $23 to the card
