terrible place to do business with I order some shoes almost a month ago and paid around $175 for them and still haven't received them so I've been trying to get a update on when they will arrive and now the price has went up almost $100 more to now $259 he tells me I've bugged him about the order that he promised me that he would personally expedite to me now saying he is refund my money because ive bugged him about shoes I paid for and should have had delivery on weeks ago I sent him a list of things I've bought from different websites after I ordered these with his company and ive already received all of it except what I bought from him pastor Danny and BC&ACI ARE A BUNCH OF GREEDY CROOKS DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

On 12/12/2018 I ordered a *** scooter from BC&ACI. I tried to contact them the next day but their sight was down and all the phone number I found were not working. I tried several times a day and finally I went on to their *** sight and I was able to leave a message for *** to call me back and I also said that I wanted to cancel the order # ***. I still didn't hear anything so I went to the bank and did a charge back on $ 2399.00. But when Mr. realized that I did a charge back he actually called and it was Christmas Eve. He was very nice and he pleaded with me to go back to the and cancel the charge back. After being on the phone for about I stupidly went to the bank and cancelled the charge back. Obviously that was a big mistake. I finally got the order cancelled but have not received my refund. I tried everything to try and get in touch with him. Finally about 4 months ago I got an email showing I was getting my refund which was for $ 2299.00 for the scooter and $ 100,00 for delivery, I was so excited until I checked my bank account and found that all they refunded me was $ 100.00 for delivery. I haven't received another cent from them. I started with this complaint a couple of weeks ago but I was so busy I never completed it. Now I haven't been in touch with anyone from BC&ACI even with all my trying. Somehow I got onto a sight for them with a chat spot. So I started my chat explaining my situation and suddenly I got a response and it was actually ***. He started chatting with me like we were best friends and he that since the last time we spoke he said " I have been very sick. I a severe heart attack and died. But they brought me back to life". I didn't know weather to laugh or cry. He told me whrn I did the charge back the money was returned to company that managed his accounts called ***. Well, he's still blaming *** but he told me to go back to the bank and do another charge But I tried that a long time ago and the bank said it could only be done once. He's still telling me to do it but I know it won't work. The money was borrowed from my son whose house burned 2 years ago and he had insurance money for replacing the house in the bank. Now he's trying to work on the house and he's running out of money. I didn't know what to do so I'm hoping you can help me finally get my refund.
I appreciate everything you can do for me.

On or about May 8 2019. I ordered the following: *** & 2 *** which cost me $2,899.97 (company discounts already included). The funds being deducted from my *** Credit Card on the same day. But unfortunately, today is the 4th of July 2019 & no items received to date ? ? ?

BC&ACI was unable to order the products that *** requested due to high demand and back order of the products ordered. *** was issued a full refund for the products ordered and an apology was issued to the customer. *** & *** Owners BC&ACI

On Dec 18 2018 I ordered over the www
a laptop. I provided my debit card
number, etc. The company withdrew the
$403 price from my checking acct within a
a day. It's now Dec 28 and I have received
neither the laptop nor any communication
that it is being delivered. I have sent 2
emails to the company asking them to
resolve the situation and have received
no reply in any form.

Revdex.com, The customers statement is correct. We have resolved the issue. According to our terms listed on our website we have 31 days handling time to the customer. We also have 7-14 days to ship our products... Due to error on our part as noted we have refunded this customer the full purchase price and we have also notified the customer...

This afternoon (1-3-2018) I received an email from Revdex.com and one from BC-ACI. I was notified by BC-ACI that theythey had refundef the $403 I had paid them for a laptop. But now (1-3, 11:51p), I have checked my checking acct online statement and there is no deposit of $403 from BC-ACI into my acct. (The payment of $403 that I had made to the business was shown on my acct statement as a payment to BC-ACI.) It is about 8 hours after BC-ACI indicated that they had refunded the money, but still no refund payment appears in my acct statement as a completed or in-process transaction. This seems unreasonable.
