Myself John Barclay and [redacted] have talked and material is ordered to finish the cabinets to her satisfactionWe have addressed the issues together and have collectively came up with a solution to satisfy her needsAs soon as I receive the material I will be in contact with [redacted] and will schedule completionAll other work has been completed including the flooring

We are still having a problem with the billing part of this we would like to know in detail what the detailed work was not just itemized work but what was done on these different trades as far as the acoustical treatment the electrical special systems the HVAC and the insulation we still have not received a copy of the permit that we requested we had to call for an inspection ourself which failed so now we have to call for another inspection because they came out and did some kind of caulking on the roof we just like copies of all this stuff and why there were final boss invoices when I talk to BDR they thought we still owed the final payment when in fact we had been paid in full for almost months we would just like the roof fixed and passed by the city a copy of the itemized work that was done for these all these trades so we can bring this to a closure I thank you for your time and hope to hear back from you soon so we may resolve this

I am rejecting this response because BDR clearly says in their response that they did none of these other trades yet the final invoice for$something dollars: included all of these itemized trades HVAC acoustical ceiling repair Electrical insulation which gave BDR the right to supplement for overhead and profit which day did and received an additional which gave btr the right to supplement for over had a profit which they did and receive -and something dollars from our insurance company I contacted the insurance company and they reopen the claim so we can get this issue resolved

We have had contact with Mr*** and permit has been pulled and we are working on scheduling an inspection the permit was possibly overlooked by the *** building last year and we did not realize that until MR*** informed us We have had subsequent contact when *** S***
went out to inspect the "leak spots" and he discovered there was nothing wet He took pictures of the stains and we compared them to photos that we had take from the original inspection and they appeared to be the same stains We did no work on the interior of the house, nor did we charge them for any interior work

*** I have still not received the materialI called them last week and they were going to get a status and get back to me as soon as I have it I will let you know

I am in the process of trying to contact *** to rectify any issues that might be present

house which was not approved I apologize for that oversight Further the project manager has told me that we did not do the window wrap I presume that was something you worked out with him I have now removed that from our scope and invoice and the resulting total is $ We did have some staff turnover during this timeframe and I sincerely apologize for any confusion that this created It was certainly unintentional. I am having Terren issue you a check for the overpayment of $562.16. Should you decide to have the window wrap done still The amount in the adjuster’s estimate is $1119.67. We left a message with *** at 1:yesterday the 18th of August and again this morning the 19th of August at 9:Their was a piece of debris that slid off the roof and do to how tight the houses are together when it fell it damaged Martha's windowWe have full intentions of replacing the
window and putting her back to before the accident condition as soon as we can get a hold of her to schedule work

I am reviewing all the files and will make the appropriate adjustments and follow up with the homeowner

Here is the original signed work authorizationOur contract was for roof onlyHere is the paid invoice for Roof only I do not know what you are referring to with the overhead and profit and supplements this was the work that we preformed
