I am rejecting this response because: According to BDR, they completed the work that took over a year.  However, I am not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.  There where holes in the cabinets that where patched that makes the cabinets look cheap.  Unfortunately, there were no agreeable solution to the holes that I could accept.  I was basically told I would have to live with the unsatisfactory workmanship.

Myself John Barclay and [redacted] have talked and material is ordered to finish the cabinets to her satisfaction. We have addressed the issues together and have collectively came up with a solution to satisfy her needs. As soon as I receive the material I will be in contact with [redacted] and will schedule completion. All other work has been completed including the flooring.

[redacted] We are still having a problem with the billing part of this we would like to know in detail what the detailed work was not just itemized work but what was done on these different trades as far as the acoustical treatment the electrical special systems the HVAC and the insulation we still have not received a copy of the permit that we requested we had to call for an inspection ourself which failed so now we have to call for another inspection because they came out and did some kind of caulking on the roof we just like copies of all this stuff and why there were 2 final boss invoices when I talk to BDR they thought we still owed the final payment when in fact we had been paid in full for almost 6 months we would just like the roof fixed and passed by the city a copy of the itemized work that was done for these all these trades so we can bring this to a closure I thank you for your time and hope to hear back from you soon so we may resolve thisThis job is paid in full and does not owe any money. Also, We contracted to do the roof and that is all that we did. We did not do any acoustical treatment the electrical special systems nor the HVAC and insulation. The roof did fail because it was called in before we could do a couple minor repairs. but I talked with the inspector he asked us to caulk a few nails and do some caulking on the flat roof. I am rejecting this response because:I have a final invoice that stating $1,500 for overhead and profit for acoustical treatment insulation HVAC and some other things I've talked to the insurance company and they told me that yes there was a supplement from you folks from BDR for overhead and profit I can email you a copy of the final invoice if you would like to and according to the insurance adjuster they did pay out the overhead and profit and this claim is now reopened so we can get to the bottom of it and get it cleared up thank

After speaking with the insurance company it's come to my attention that BDR has complied with all that is needed to resolve this issue I would like to close this complaint at this time being satisfied with the outcome and response from BTR Fire and Water Restoration however we would like a copy of the permit that was pulled if possible so we can have for our own records in my opinion this complaint has been satisfied

[redacted] and I have been communicating via text messaging as of today we are trying to schedule a time and date we can get in and complete the work. We did receive the material on the 16th.
