Complete scam. Do not sign up. I tried to cancel and they said they canceled my subscription which they did. They just moved my subscription to another website for double the price.

Scam website, all the girl profiles are fake. And the messages are from people pretending to be interested.

Review: I signed up for a free three day trial on Feb [redacted], tried to cancel on Feb [redacted]. They had already charged me $ 35.70, I attempted to get refund, they refused, trying to get me to use another site. after at least an hour on the phone, I had to agree to keep the site for the month. I have been receiving numerous incidental fees @ 10 ranging from .03c to .99c. I called about 7 times over the past week to resolve the issues.Desired Settlement: I want nothing at all to do with this account.

Review: I approved a 3 day trial for .99 a day. I expected the trial period to end & no additional charges. Absolutely nothing when you are choosing this option warns you that you will be billed for a full month afterward, but I was shocked when I saw they had taken a payment from my account for a full month afterward. By the way, the app sucks & is not even worth the 2.97 for a 3 day trial. After contacting the company via email & requesting the payment returned, I was informed that my money would not be returned & I had to go to the billing section to cancel repeat billing that I did not request in the first place. After logging in, I've now been told I have to wait for an approval code, which I have not yet received. Bottom line, I want my money back since I did not authorize this payment.Desired Settlement: I need my 28.99 back. They had no right to take it out.

Review: I signed up for benaughty in october..I did not like the site...I called customer service the very day I signed up and canceled..they assured me my membership would be canceled...and offered me a free alternative [redacted]...I looked on my card statement today...there are over 250 transactions I did not authorize...I spoke with them and they tried telling me I agreed to switch to a different paid service which I did not agree to...they keep insisting that I did...after a lenghty argument they said they would refund my money but I do not believe them...My card company is involved filing the disputed transactions as well...I want the funds returned for all 252 transactions.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back..I did not authorize these charges..I have not visited this website in two months nor do I use any of their "services"
