Review: I had signed up at [redacted] and had purchased a trial period for $1.49. I was then brought to another screen asking me to upgrade my account in order to take advantage of certain other features. I had purchased the $24.99 upgrade. Both the $1.49 and $24.99 charges were performed and authorized by me, both on 05/**/2015. However, a few days later, I saw 4 more charges to my debit card in which I know for a fact I did NOT authorize. The next 4 charges were as follows with the dates when said charges hit my bank account: 05/**/15, $1.49; 5/**/15, $1.49; 5/**/15, $1.00; 5/**/15, $34.99. The last and largest charge on 5/**/15 caused my bank account to be overdrafted to $10.40, which resulted in a fee of $30.00.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund me ALL listed unauthorized debits totalling $36.97 and to also reimburse me an extra $30.00 to cover the overdraft fee I incurred. All charges to be refunded: $66.97.

Review: I signed up for a 3 day trial period for their services. It was clearly stated that if I failed to cancel before the deadline I would be subjected to an automatic renewal and be charged 28.99. They provided a link on their website where the customer could go to cancel repeat billing. I did so, but a few days later I was charged 99 cents and then a dollar and then 28.99 on the [redacted] of April 2015. I contacted the company and they simply stated that I should of been aware that if I failed to cancel they had every right to charge me since I agreed to their terms and conditions. That is all correct, but I was sure that the problem had been resolved and that I would receive no future charges because in fact I had canceled the service using the link provided.Desired Settlement: Please refund the following charges: $.99 on 4/** by [redacted], $1.00 on 4/** by [redacted], and 28.99 on 4/** by [redacted]. All of these charges were charged to my debit card.

Review: I got so much spam from this site.Desired Settlement: I wish to stop receiving emails etc from this business.

The site is a scam. they stated you can read and reply 5 times a day. this statement is wrong. If you happened to pay for their services, they take out more than you authorize, then take out an extra fee. this fee was not stated before, in any type of wording. once we contact the company, they use for payment and customer service, we were meet with rudiness, and disrespect. they first lady just refuse to listen to what he had to say, and refused us contact with the supervisor. then she hung up on us, noting that we hung up, in our note on our. then next guy did listen and refunded most of our money. we lost out on $3. they had a different amount on their statement, than what we had.

What their statement said. $47.10 and $9.99
We are happy to get our money back although we contact our bank, to find out they had took $35.00 out before we ever used our bank card on their site. My worry about this is, how did they get our bank information long before today.
we might have gotten our money back, we had to fight, and felt like we meant nothing.

Review: I paid for services and found the service using profiles on the dating site that were bogus, never updated, and I felt it more or less a scam. I let my subscription expire in September of 2013- disgusted with no satisfaction what so ever and I called them about it and I didn't want anything else from them. I did get in touch with one person and she didn't realize her likeness/profile was being used. I thought the matter was over until March ** of this year when the site charged me a renewal fee with extra features. I called and they told me that there was no recourse and he (the salesperson) couldn't do anything about it. The charges are as follows; 3/**/2014 [redacted] - $9.09 (notice they charged me for a service which can only be used with a full subscription, it was not until 4/*/2014 that they charged for the subscription at $59.97). Then on 4/**/2014 they charged me for $9.90 again. Even if I had wanted the service it was delivered piecemeal and not in the order it should have been for supposedly maximum enjoyment and duration time of the subscription. With the foreign transaction fees the total is $80.05.Desired Settlement: I would like for the site to refund my money back on my debit card, because they have illegally charged me for an inferior placed service.
