Sent earrings to wrong address
WORST customer service and I paid $2,000 for an order. She sent my earrings to the wrong address, sent the wrong pair of earrings that weren’t advertised, lacked accountability, didn’t apologize for being wrong, and then sent 2 of the same earrings! She has been all the wrong from jump and has done very little to rectify it. Her business is a MESS. Because I called her out on it, she canceled the rest of my order and she tried to gaslight me and say I was confused. She’s awful.

I absolutely love love love Beads by Aree!!!!! Every designed piece I've received has always been of good quality and I have had them for a few years nowI have had the opportunity of meeting *** ***, the artist behind these fabulous jewelry pieces, and she was so sweet and passionate about her work and you can see it in every piece she designsI have never had a problem ordering them online and having them shipped and they always arrive safely without any damagesI will continue to support and buy her products and I am even more excited that she is beginning to expand her line! Can't wait to put in my next order

The customers package arrived in business days, as listed on ***s website and in her confirmation emailI also sent her a complimentary gift to thank her for her patience

For several years now, I have been a more than satisfied customer with Beads Byaree's products and customer serviceOne time my package took much longer than usual to arrive, so I contacted ***Instead of saying "welp, must have been lost in the mail", she reminded me that all packages are tracked and even offered to see what had gone wrong herselfShe tracked the package and learned that it would be arriving the next day- which it didI was not only relieved, but super happy with my rings and chokers, which fit perfectlyNot only is the jewelry made-to-order, it's BEAUTIFULP.SI feel super sorry for her as I recently discovered that several folks have been (poorly) re-creating her products and passing them off as originalsYes, there is nothing new under the sunHowever, Aree's jewelry comes from obvious tireless effort, skill, and dedication, which is hard to find today

Based on the opposing business statements: all of the emails written between myself (my business) and the opposing business have IP addresses attached the every one of the corresponding emails, which I can promptly show Revdex.com of this information at their requestFurthermore, as far as the statement about *** not accepting any emails as attachments, I have opened a refuting claim against this business three times via *** in which I have documented for my own records, the dates and times, including case managers who have handled my refuting claimThis information can also be provided at Revdex.coms requestAs Revdex.com provides an opportunity for evidence to support your claim against the reporting business, attachments were asked of my business from *** legal DepartmentThis business has never been a customer of my online shop, as stated previously, this was a business that CONTRACTED me to conduct screen printing for their business (online shop) I can also provide information on my end which will clearly show that this business has never BOUGHT any items from my business, but to reiterate, contracted me as a commercial screen printer to PRODUCE pieces for their online shop that would be sold to THEIR customersMy invoice to the opposing business was a contract between both parties, to carry out the work needed of the screenprinted tee shirts for THEIR customers sold on THEIR websiteAs stated on the invoice, and the information I am providing that states (via email) they AGREED to, pricing of: LABOR, SHIPPING and a STUDIO FEE of the print shop that I screen printed these commissioned garments.
I have attached Instagram direct messages from this business that shows that the business was DISSATISFIED with the outcome, however when I tried to reason and amend the situation by reprinting the tees at no cost and more of my labor and time, without pay they refused.
At this time, I would like to say, this business has made repeated lies on not this website but also within ***.
Reporting a fraudulent claim on *** as well as the Revdex.com website, about not receiving the items THEY CONTRACTED OF ME to print (shirts provided and shipped by the business to my address to printWhen I have clear correspondence of the business receiving the printed tee shirts after I printed them.)
Claims on purchasing from my website, when the business had never been a customer of my businessClaims on NOT being associated with my business via earlier Revdex.com complaint response (if they were not associated with my business, then a claim would not have been reported to *** in the first place about refund of money)
Claim that they HAVE been associated with my business via their recent response (Their story is not cohesive via this site and ***)
Claims they have not sold tee shirts on their site
I can provide any more information necessary to get this matter resolved

I cant get enough of BeadsbyAree, like really - Cant get enough!!! She always has new, unique, Afrocentric designs that go well with a ton of outfits and are guaranteed to catch everyone's eyes I most recently bought her queen choker for a friend and now she wears it way too often, lolMore than the top-shelf inventory, the service is amazing After buying a body chain for my fiance, my cousin from *** visited and begged to get her own, so I emailed BeadsbyAree and she worked with me to create a custom design that I thought my cousin would like The story doesn't end there: we got the shipment in good time, but guess what, my cousin wasn't in love with my design I emailed BeadsbyAree thinking I'd have to buy another, but she told me to ship the custom piece back to her and she made me a new hand-made piece for no additional cost My cousin wasn't here long enough to get the second piece but ended up taking the body bracelet from my fiance and my fiance got the new piece, and I ended up looking like a Hero!!
Now the main question is, which piece to buy next
