We called and emailed [redacted] with updates on her order. She has been sent tracking information. Her shoe order has arrived and her gift order we are giving is on it's way.

The response time and delivery was so long. Then my refund was never given back like promised. I had to report the matter to [redacted]. And on top of that she took a lot of time just to reply, did not apologise for late replies but in turn blamed them on "not" receiving my emails.

Review: I have been inquiring about shipping Order #[redacted] purchased on Feb [redacted], 2014 from this company. I have sent multiple emails about this matter to the company. In response, I received several emails from the company stating that items were being worked on or my order was never received due to a postal error and that the issue would be resolved. In addition, I received several emails stating my issue was being "looked into" but never any follow up. I am very concerned that I will never receive my items since my order was made 9 months ago. I am very disappointed, because I enjoy the products and have been a customer in the past. In regards to my previous orders I never had any problems and I received a tracking number when items were shipped, in this case I didn't receive any tracking information. There has been an extreme time lapse since my order was placed. There has been several email correspondence concerning the order but I have not received the items or a refund.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is the actual items or a refund.

For several years now, I have been a more than satisfied customer with Beads Byaree's products and customer service. One time my package took much longer than usual to arrive, so I contacted [redacted]. Instead of saying "welp, must have been lost in the mail", she reminded me that all packages are tracked and even offered to see what had gone wrong herself. She tracked the package and learned that it would be arriving the next day- which it did. I was not only relieved, but super happy with my rings and chokers, which fit perfectly. Not only is the jewelry made-to-order, it's BEAUTIFUL.
P.S. I feel super sorry for her as I recently discovered that several folks have been (poorly) re-creating her products and passing them off as originals. Yes, there is nothing new under the sun. However, Aree's jewelry comes from obvious tireless effort, skill, and dedication, which is hard to find today.

Beads by Aree has never let me down in terms of great quality & customer service. It's the best for one of a kind pieces and the owner is a doll, I really love the online community she's created.

I own about 15 Beads Byaree pieces and I love them all! They're so creative and unlike any other jewelry. I almost don't even want to call it jewelry. It's more like art. And I've always gotten my pieces in a very timely manner. The service is great. The fun thing about Beads is that no matter what city I'm in, I always see another woman rocking some Beads Byaree. I always notice because the pieces are unmistakeable. These spotting a usually lead to conversations about why we love the company and sometimes the conversations even go beyond. It's awesome.

I cant get enough of BeadsbyAree, like really - Cant get enough!!! She always has new, unique, Afrocentric designs that go well with a ton of outfits and are guaranteed to catch everyone's eyes. I most recently bought her queen choker for a friend and now she wears it way too often, lol.
More than the top-shelf inventory, the service is amazing. After buying a body chain for my fiance, my cousin from [redacted] visited and begged to get her own, so I emailed BeadsbyAree and she worked with me to create a custom design that I thought my cousin would like. The story doesn't end there: we got the shipment in good time, but guess what, my cousin wasn't in love with my design. I emailed BeadsbyAree thinking I'd have to buy another, but she told me to ship the custom piece back to her and she made me a new hand-made piece for no additional cost. My cousin wasn't here long enough to get the second piece but ended up taking the body bracelet from my fiance and my fiance got the new piece, and I ended up looking like a Hero!!
Now the main question is, which piece to buy next...

I've purchased from Beads Byaree for over the span of 5 years since she has been making jewelry. Each collection is more exciting than the last and each piece is still wearable. She creates out of passion, so nothing is really "on trend" as it is art. It's my favorite jewelry place to buy from ! and it is extremely durable too!

I absolutely love shopping BeadsbyAree, her jewelry arrives to me in impeccable form and whenever I inquire about my order I can expect a quick response. Quality product and amazing service!

I have ordered the "born free" brace rings and I love them!! The customer service was great, It took a week for my order to ship, which is expected since all of her pieces are handmade and made to order. She kept me updated with my order and if I had any questions they were answered. I love how the rings are ajustable to fit any body's finger. I wear them all the time, I definitely recommend!!

Review: I ordered merchandise from Beads by Aree on Black Friday 11/**/13. Dec *, 2013 the charge posted to my checking account. I emailed Beads by Aree 12/*/13 to check the status of my purchase, but I didn't receive a response. I commented on one of her product post on [redacted] inquiring about my shipment, still no response; however she did block me from viewing her [redacted] page. On 12/**/13 I emailed Beads by Aree requesting a refund due to no response or follow up on my previous purchase. This time I received an email from her disregarding my request for a refund and stating that "due to the high holiday traffic, all orders are guaranteed before christmas." I responded by thanking her for responding. December **,2013 I finally received my package; however the "NEFER" head piece was not as pictured. I thought that it could have been the necklace instead but according to website the necklace would have been (3 metal pieces longer) 9 connecting pieces instead of 6. Not to mention, the head band has only 3 pieces with other beadeds detail. So technically I received half of the necklace. There was no response for the refund I requested on December [redacted]. I also emailed Beads by Aree again today December [redacted], with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a response email stating how to return the merchandise for a full refund.

I absolutely love love love Beads by Aree!!!!! Every designed piece I've received has always been of good quality and I have had them for a few years now. I have had the opportunity of meeting [redacted], the artist behind these fabulous jewelry pieces, and she was so sweet and passionate about her work and you can see it in every piece she designs. I have never had a problem ordering them online and having them shipped and they always arrive safely without any damages. I will continue to support and buy her products and I am even more excited that she is beginning to expand her line! Can't wait to put in my next order.
