You are one of the worst bank and your customer service is showing how rude they areYour statement of the $fees does not even added up, you claim that the $fees was associate after days it was not days when you charge me that feesI will not pay any fees of $I will fight this till the endI know you could careless about your rating with the Revdex.comI will file a complain with the federal trade commission. For the $fees I have no problem paying for it and have account closed, but I will not pay for your $fees that you placed on the accountYou claim that it is place after days of a negative balance of the account, but wait it was not even days when you place that fees on my accountI can see that the managers and people working in this bank are people that are full of egos and trying to prove a point instead of accepting their mistakes

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
Margaret "annette" ***
There are several things that are incorrect about the response submitted to the Revdex.com First, I placed an order online on March 4th, not March 5th at 6:23am and received a confirmation shortly after with the time stamp of 7:23am EST Odd, I never received an order confirmation for this order And, it did not arrive until the 3/26/2016, the last day of the week First order from date to received business days days This was my first order and it was received in record time What happened was when my sister called on the 21st somehow this week was no longer skipped so they started backtracking to get the food shipped Otherwise, this food would have arrived long before the 26th Something happened on their end and that is why it was not prepared and shipped as it should have been I guess those are guidelines not allowed by the Federal Reserve Bank Did it ever occur to the bank that maybe it was there error since I skipped all other deliveries why would I leave just one week not skipped? And, why did they lie to me about the meals already in transit when they had not shipped I sent them a Fed Exp showing the meals had not shipped as of 3/25/ Since their software application is not linked, otherwise it would not show my account was on hold 3/call customer service while they claimed that my meals were already shipped for 3/21...which was just not true I provided the bank with documentation that showed my account was on hold, a copy of the Federal Express tracking number that showed it still had not shipped as of 3/25, and a copy of the account they created with the incorrect billing zip code I assume this information is not considered by Federal Reserve Bank guidelines. However, the most astounding part of this entire ordeal is to find out the Federal Reserve Bank procedures allows banking institutions to make charges to a debit card that was cancelled five days previously, as they did with this transaction, I would be very interested in learning more about the policy and procedures banks are forced to follow even when the outcome is drastically negative toward their customer I am very shocked to learn how this works.BistroMD customer service was extremely rude, lied to me about the shipment on two separate calls, and when I told them they were using a debit card that was cancelled several days prior to their transaction they demanded that I provide them with a new debit card number I bet they forgot to mention this along with all the other information they provided And, since I was locked out of the calendar because the account was cancelled on the 21st, even though I had an open transaction, I couldn't provide any of my own details, I was at their mercy At the end of the day, this would have never happened, if the charge had been denied since the charge was on a cancelled card (lost the card on the 17th - called in lost on the 19th) BistroMD would not have shipped the meals, my account would not have been overdrawn during my Easter vacation and the bank would not had invested time in something that would have never happened Yes, BistroMD gave me a credit for the entire amount....bittersweet I needed my money for my vacation but instead it was taken out of my account just days before my travel Hardships are not considered

I had deposits go into my checking account on the same business day and was still charged nsf feesThis bank is a rip off, and by charging a collection fee for no reason proves itThe second account is for my daughter's disability, it wasn't setup as a checking account, It was setup as a savings account, and this bank changed that as wellThe collection fee was charged out of spite and I do not consider this to be very professionalThis isn't the first time they have charged me nsf fees, but it will be the last because I am already making plans to shut these accounts downMy hope was to write to the Revdex.com so they cannot do thos to other consumersAs soon as the ssi office and attorney generals office get my deposits transferred to my new bank, I will no longer half to deal with this money stealing bankAnd if I would not have repeatedly checked my account amd called back for the second time that dayThe collection fee would still be on my accountThat is a fact
