As per our terms and conditions, we offer a 30day moneyback guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. Because Ms. [redacted] was outside ofher 30 days, she is not eligible for a full refund.  In response to Ms. [redacted]’ complaint, we have issued a 50%refund for for the product ordered 08/01/15. The membership was canceled as requested on Aug. 28th, 2016 and confirmed via email. PM is under no obligation to return the trial package however customer service has sent return instructions anyway. There will be no further charges nor shipments of product unless otherwise directed by PM.

On November 10th, 2015, [redacted] placed an order for 1x Oxygenius trial offer, paid $4.95 for shipping and handling, and received an order confirmation email that included the following passage: "If you made a trial order purchase, you've been automatically enrolled in our time-saving Delivery Program....

At the end of your 18-day trial period your [redacted] will be charged the full value of your trial order. Every 30 days thereafter, you'll be sent a full-size refill order using your [redacted] on file. We offer a 30-day guarantee. Should you decide for any reason that you do not wish to keep the product, you may return it for a full refund, less the cost of shipping & handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer." [redacted] had the opportunity to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer before and on the confirmation page: "If I enroll in the membership program I am agreeing to be charged $4.95 today and $98.71 for my trial skincare product on the 15th day if I do not call to cancel my membership. I will receive a full-size bottle of skincare product for $98.71 (S&H included) every 30 days thereafter until I cancel. My credit card will be billed and my shipment will be sent automatically at those times. Shipments will continue until I call to cancel my membership at ###-###-#### or by emailing [redacted]@findbeautyandtruth.com, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, I do not appreciate the manner in which this business transaction was handled.  I do not like the fact that I had to argue with the agent to get my money refunded and to cancel a membership I specifically said I did not want.  I believe this business does not perform the transactions above board and they should be recognized as the scam artists they are.Regards,

Truth and beauty mislead consumers that 4.95 was all one needed to pay for these Trial Items NOT A CONTRACT FOR NOW AND FOREVER THIS IS A SCAM  SENDING items that I did not order and never received .  I will not pay for a trial item beyond 4.95 for shipping  There was not need to send full sizes and the FDA needs to know that there is only one item listed as an ingredient  and know no other information .  There is no telephone to call if there were an emgerency. Definitely I will refer to the FDA
