I placed an order for a trial sample of face cream that Juvacell Proskin advertised for $plus $shippingHowever, my credit card was immediately charged $(11/12/15) by Extravagant Beauty (i.eBeauty Impressions) causing my credit card company to call me, within a very few minutes, to validate the chargeI informed them that I had NOT authorized that charge and to deny the chargeIt was my understanding that the "order" itself was cancelled and the $charge deniedBecause it was assumed that my card had been compromised, a new card was orderedHowever on 11/14/ Juvacell Proskin charged my account with the $plus $0.99; for whatever reason, this did not send up a red flag with the credit card company and I was not informed of this chargeIt usually takes two to three weeks for a "credit" to appear on a charge account billing so I was not concerned about my accountToday, when I go to pay my credit card bill I discovered that the charge is still thereAfter numerous phone calls and much frustration, I discover that my account was to be charged that $monthly; with the help of my credit card company the "order" has indeed been cancelled and Beauty Impressions will issue a 50% refund of the $charge.- I'm only getting 50% because somewhere on their web site (Juvacell Proskin) I apparently "missed" the part about cancelling within a two week period (but please note, my card was charged the $the day I placed the order, not two weeks later)Bottom line, these two companies/organizations are not customer friendly and are taking advantage of the consumer with shoddy advertisementThey may have a good product but their technique for getting you as a customer is not to be trustedI hope my experience will help someone else from getting involved with these people

Paid for shipping a 'sample' then days later billed scammers billed $They use your credit card saying they are charging you shipping but they are just waiting to drop the $charge without noticeLuckily our bank flagged itUNLUCKILY they gave the scammers the moneyNow have to pay to ship BACK FREE SAMPLE and then watch like a hawk that this thieving excuse for a business sends our refund This is in no way a real business and operates as crooked enterprise willing to bet you won't notice or try to remedyMake every step difficult except where they take money out of your charge card/ debit cardNever got to try the product, but since they are doing business this way, no loss feltLikely cheap version of [redacted] sold as gold and charged like a thief in the night They are not 'giving' you a free sample to try, they are getting a credit card number and starting you down a road that no business should force you downThanks to them the debit card cancelled, so now demanding monetary refund today while returning the FREE SAMPLE so we can get $stolen minus shipping to us, back to them and on top of that, they tried cutting refund down! Offered 1/money returned, then moreLike bargaining to get a stolen watch backThis is a slimy business It seems impossible that they are not breaking lawsIt seems impossible that credit card companies don't block this kind of enterprise which feels 100% criminalIf there is a delay; if they don't give all of our money back, if they do anything to continue harm to us then this review will change to a formal complaint

I ordered a skin creme on-line from these folks for 3.95, initial purchase, and then found my debit card had been hit again, for I put a stop to all further debits out of my account, after calling them, and was told to return the product for a full refundI had to pay the postage to return it, which had not even been opened, and that was almost another $ The customer service guy, seemed like they would refund everything, once they got the product back to them, but today, I got an e-mail saying only something dollars would be refundedThis is not goodI have no product, and was charged almost dollarsPlease do not order from these peopleIt is a scam

I am rejecting this response because:I returned the product within the allotted time frame as required It is not my problem if the product was not scanned into this facility it was there as required and on timeI have completed documentation and proof it was returned This company was so eager to process another debit which was unauthorized to my account in hopes of gaining financially which in turn caused my account to be overdrawn without regardThis company has no rights with my money it should all be returned I don’t have the product to show for the charge? How is this legal? It is not, it is illegal practice! I want a full refund! I actually went against my better judgement after reading the reviews on this company and how they have fooled others out of money in the past but I decided to give them a try anyways.I was sadly mistaken as others were as well! I don’t have a product nor do I have my money as if it’s ok take unauthorized money from One’s account that is called theft!

This company is using unethical business practices to scam people out of moneyI spoke with Mark W***, who stated he was, "the highest authority in the company."
Not only were the representatives rude, but they continually spoke over me
I ordered a sample of two products (eye cream and face cream)Once I received the package (the products came in one package), I canceled my order for future shipments
Mark told me that the email I sent was only to cancel the eye cream, and that if I wanted to cancel the face cream, there was a separate email address for that (which I knew nothing about)
Now, he is only willing to provide a 50% credit- "as per company policy", which means I am left to pay $for a face cream that I did not order, nor do I want
This company needs to be called out for their scams!

Small print tricks you into long term contract and outrageous prices for their products
Think you are getting a trial sample paying for cost of shipping but actually in two weeks charged full price for items and placed on automatic delivery and monthly charge

This company is a gimmick! Their trials are not really FRE TRIALS as statedThey will bill you and rip you off be careful and open every hidden box and read very well before agreeing to get the FREE TrialTo cancel you have to send the product back at your expense and pay a $restocking fee

I placed an order for a trial sample of face cream that Juvacell Proskin advertised for $4.95 plus $0.99 shipping. However, my credit card was immediately charged $97.83 (11/12/15) by Extravagant Beauty (i.e. Beauty Impressions) causing my credit card company to call me, within a very few minutes, to validate the charge. I informed them that I had NOT authorized that charge and to deny the charge. It was my understanding that the "order" itself was cancelled and the $97.83 charge denied. Because it was assumed that my card had been compromised, a new card was ordered. However on 11/14/16 Juvacell Proskin charged my account with the $4.95 plus $0.99; for whatever reason, this did not send up a red flag with the credit card company and I was not informed of this charge. It usually takes two to three weeks for a "credit" to appear on a charge account billing so I was not concerned about my account. Today, when I go to pay my credit card bill I discovered that the charge is still there. After numerous phone calls and much frustration, I discover that my account was to be charged that $97.83 monthly; with the help of my credit card company the "order" has indeed been cancelled and Beauty Impressions will issue a 50% refund of the $97.83 charge.- I'm only getting 50% because somewhere on their web site (Juvacell Proskin) I apparently "missed" the part about cancelling within a two week period (but please note, my card was charged the $97.83 the day I placed the order, not two weeks later).
