Revdex.com CASE#: [redacted] Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We look forward to working with you to reach a timely and info[redacted]l resolution of this matter and hope to minimize any inconvenience. We stand by the quality of our products and take pride in them and in our...

proprietary formulas. The Terms and Conditions of our website explain the trial offer and associated customer’s obligations. Prior to purchasing anything from our website every customer is required to accept the terms mentioned on the order form before placing the order form. Please note that despite putting the credit cards details on the order form, the order does not go through until and unless customer clicks on "Rush my Trial". Once the customer click on the “Rush my Trial” order request goes through and shipping and handling charges are applied instantly accordingly. We offer a 14 day trial period that starts from the order date for the product [redacted] and 16 days trial period for the product [redacted] in which the customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handling at this time. Then, after the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time. However, we request you to review and refresh your recollection of the Terms and Conditions which is mentioned on our website, including specifically our liberal refund policy.  The Refund Policy outlined in the Terms and Conditions states, in part: “We will gladly accept returns and issue full refunds (less shipping and handling and $20 restocking fee), no questions asked - for returns received within 30 days of the order date where no promotion was redeemed (i.e., Rebate or Trial Promotions). For regular offers where the full product price is paid (not including Promotional Discounts, Rebate, Promotions or Trial Promotions), simply contact a Customer Service Representative to receive return instructions and self-addressed, prepaid postage. Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". All returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization ([redacted]) number to ensure accurate processing of your return to your account. [redacted] numbers can be obtained by calling our Customer Support Team.” According to our record, [redacted] had placed an order for the product [redacted] and [redacted] on July 13th, 2017.  Upon placing the order, he agreed to try the products for 14 and 16 days at the cost of shipping and handling. As per the terms of the program, in order to avoid the actual price of the product [redacted], [redacted] was required to contact our company for cancellation within the trial period. Since, we received no communication from him for the cancellation of the product, therefore, on July 30th 2017, he incurred the actual price of the product [redacted]. [redacted] contacted our company after the charge on July 30th, 2017 for cancellation of both the products. One of our customer support representatives explained the program and the charges in detail and cancelled the subscription for the product [redacted] and issued [redacted]# for the product [redacted] to be returned within 30 days i.e before August 29th, 2017 to avoid the actual price of the product. Besides, he was required to return the product [redacted] within the 30 days’ time frame, since we did not receive the product therefore he paid the actual price of the product on August 29th, 2017. In regards to his refund request for the product [redacted], we offered 30% refund, which he accepted, therefore refund in the amount of  $29.34 (Transaction ID: [redacted]) was processed on July 30th, 2017. Upon receiving the case from Revdex.com, on courtesy basis, we have processed further refund for the product [redacted] in the amount of $68.49 (Transaction ID: [redacted]) on November 2nd, 2017. Furthermore, we may have been able to process refund for the product [redacted] as well, but since [redacted] has filed a charge back on September 16th, 2017 for the product [redacted], hence we are unable to process any refund for this product. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter. Regards, Customer Support Manager     Tell us why here...

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I did not get a full refund like they stated, I only got $77.83 credit back to my account.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This company is a gimmick, It's false advertisement. Don't waste your money and your time trying a "trial" period. My trial period was over before I even received the product!!! Then they "extended" the trial and when I wanted to cancel, they are telling me I would have to pay 50% of the product or ship it back at my own expense. I didn't even open it or bother trying it (I guess there's a reason why I didn't) and sending everything back exactly the way they sent it to me. New and unopened.

I had similiar experience as the others. I was called by a woman with an Indian accent. Her accent was so strong I couldn't really understand what she was saying. When asked if I wanted automatic renewals after the "trial", I told her "no", that if I liked the product, I would contact them. But, I was billed nearly $200 before the "trial" period was over. As it turned out, the trial product was the automatic renewal. I sent the product back without even opening it and called to check the refund, but was only offered 50% then 70%. I told them I had returned 100%, why didn't I get 100% refund? I was told I hadn't asked for a return authorization number so they could associate it with my account. But, everytime I've called them, they first ask for my zip code, then my first name and that's all it takes for them to find my account. That information was with the returned product, so their excuse for needing the return authorization is hogwash.
They received the returned product on 11/8/16 and I still don't have $.01 back in refund and today is 11/26/16.
Revdex.com needs to do something about this business. What can we do to fix this problem?

DO NOT order anything from these people. Besides them charging you in a matter of a few days for the full amount the product itself doesn't do anything for you. It is a total scam. They say your satisfaction guaranteed. Not so!

Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear Sir / Madam, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This response is being sent in regards to the rejection of the business’s response, which [redacted] has not accepted. As informed earlier, following are the details of full refund processed for the product price except the shipping and the handling charges ($1.95 + $1.95). For the product T5RX refund in the amount of $94.68 (Transaction ID: 3834642397) on October 31st, 2017. For the product X-1 refund in the amount of $77.83 on November 2nd, 2017 & $20.00 on December 14th, 2017 (Transaction ID: 3834642397) As a onetime exception we have processed this amount in order to settle and resolve all claims and concerns that he may have. Refunds can be confirmed with the bank through transaction numbers. We are sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused.         Regards, Manager Customer Support

Paid for shipping a 'sample' then 10 days later billed scammers billed $97.83. They use your credit card saying they are charging you shipping but they are just waiting to drop the $100 charge without notice. Luckily our bank flagged it. UNLUCKILY they gave the scammers the money. Now have to pay to ship BACK FREE SAMPLE and then watch like a hawk that this thieving excuse for a business sends our refund.
This is in no way a real business and operates as crooked enterprise willing to bet you won't notice or try to remedy. Make every step difficult except where they take money out of your charge card/ debit card. Never got to try the product, but since they are doing business this way, no loss felt. Likely cheap version of [redacted] sold as gold and charged like a thief in the night.
They are not 'giving' you a free sample to try, they are getting a credit card number and starting you down a road that no business should force you down. Thanks to them the debit card cancelled, so now demanding monetary refund today while returning the FREE SAMPLE so we can get $100 stolen minus shipping to us, back to them and on top of that, they tried cutting refund down! Offered 1/2 money returned, then more. Like bargaining to get a stolen watch back. This is a slimy business.
It seems impossible that they are not breaking laws. It seems impossible that credit card companies don't block this kind of enterprise which feels 100% criminal. If there is a delay; if they don't give all of our money back, if they do anything to continue harm to us then this review will change to a formal complaint.

All of the complaints and reviews are absolutely TRUE!!! This company is a bonafide SCAMMER!!! Suck you in for a "free" trial. If you don't read (which I could not find) the extremely obscure and fine print, you are doomed. I got the products and only had 2 weeks to try them. Of course 2 weeks is not nearly enough time to see results. No results were seen. It occurred to me that I better call them to make sure I was not on some auto-reorder scam. Not only was that true but I was informed if I did not send the product back in 3 weeks from when they sent it (not when I received it) I would be charged around $200 for the "samples" I got. This is how they rope you in. They sent me the FULL SIZE products which I did not know. Then they say they are going to charge you for them at full price. I was also in fact on an auto-reorder plan another SCAM!!! Anyway my credit card has not been charged anything but the trial cost yet. If it is in the future, I will call them, file a credit card dispute and a formal complaint here on Revdex.com, LISTEN UP PEOPLE!! Wish I had looked out here before I got involved with this totally disreputible company!!!

This on-line company advertised a sample face cream for the cost of shipping. Absolutely no mention of further shipments, let alone automatic withdrawals from my credit card each month. I have contacted the company and was promised a partial refund (I won't hold my breath). I will be returning the second shipment of the cream (which I DID NOT order) in tomorrow's mail. This is an absolute scam.
I will be placing their name on Facebook and hope that it will save another woman the frustration of trying to deal with a "criminal" element. Where there's a buck to be made, there will always be a crook that will find a way to get it.
