I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To say the least Bee Cab and Limo has told you some untruths. I did NOT "forget" to cancel a number of times. THEY forgot to cancel the cab for whatever reason. It was NOT about not liking to see out the front of the van. When I started riding to Service Dog Training classes my dog was a little pup. She is now almost 6 months old and a lot larger. The van in question does NOT have enough room for: the driver, my helper, my dog and myself. My dog used to sit to the side of my wheelchair. In that van, that area is no longer large enough to transport my service dog safely. (It is a Federal crime to injure a service dog.) I take my responsibility with my dog very seriously. In notifying Bee Cab and Limo that Ebony (my service dog) no longer fit in that side area I felt I was doing the responsible thing. The only time I requested NOT to have that van was for rides to training classes for Ebony. I said nothing about rides to doctor appointments, the pharmacy, etc. I used to enjoy using Bee Cab and Limo services. It IS a true statement that for the rides TO our Service Dog Training classes ... they were late more than not. Picking us up to come home ... they were always there promptly. I never said that they overcharged Western Wisconsin Cares. I just don't believe it's right to charge normal rates for late services.

We were contracted to pick up [redacted], which is a very rice lady and was one of our favorite customers. When we first started picking her up she was ready and on time to come out and we were the
same. Then she started canceling her calls at the door quite often and would say...

"I forgot to cancel Yes, we have been late a few times but not often. On February 3,2014, the one wheelchair van that she
likes was occupied and if we did not send the other wheelchair van than we would have been really late. She is able to fit in the transit and her dog and her helper. She just don't want that vehicle because she
has to duck to see out the window. We do admit there have been times we have been late but when we schedule time calls we also tell our customers it will be around that time. We do our best to get there on
time but with Wheelchair calls some customers do have complications or don't get done with dialysis in time. When customers are late coming out it makes us late for our other' calls. [redacted] is a wonderful lady
and we hope the best for her but we have accommodated her for these rides. We did also lower our rates for Western Wisconsin Cares to help them out financially and we do not over charge them.
