Please re-read our first response.we will not under any circumstances or for whatever reason do anything for this customerI wish we can file a complaint against him personally

I do not accept this responseThe response from Beemer Haus is not accurateI went to another dealership for a second opinion since Beemer Haus would not accept the opinion from you be first shop Beemer Haus declined to inspect car themselvesThe second opinion found right front wheel acceptableThe switching of wheels was not disclosed at time of purchase and not reflected in priceBoth shops will state the he wheels would cause issues with tires and compromised the integrity of the he car. The actions of Beemer Haus are fraudulent in nature and are an example of misrepresentation by this business.I again demand full reimbursement of the repairs.Thank you,Ann Kennedy

To whom this may concern.Mr [redacted] did indeed purchase a vehicle from our dealership,
However he had us take the vehicle to [redacted] and had it fully
inspected. If we were to hide anything from Mr [redacted], then we would not have
agreed to take the vehicle to another dealer for...

inspection. After the inspection, Mr [redacted] Asked us if we can replace the
rear tires on the vehicle. We told him that we are unable to do so  for the sales price. He agreed to purchase the
vehicle for the sales price and in the condition that it is in. However, soon after he picked up the vehicle and the same
day of purchase, he left us a bad review on yelp, Revdex.com, and other websites. He
complained that the vehicle he purchased was misrepresented. He described our
staff and dealership as "DISHONEST,
DIRTY, DESPICABLE car dealer" In his own words.I personally reached out to Mr [redacted] and asked why he would
do something like this. Why would he purchase a vehicle knowing that it may
need tires down the road and then write bad reviews about our company
complaining that we sold him a car that needs tires!!He went on telling me that this was his way to get us to pay
for the tires. He personally told me over the phone that he knew how companies
like ours, care about a bad review. And since we did not agree to replace the
tires for him before the sale, then he would force us to do so afterward by
threatening us with bad reviews. He also went on telling me that he is in the
mortgage industry and spend a lot of money concealing his name from the
internet so no one can actually do what he is doing to us.I advised Mr. [redacted] that what he did was unscrupulous and unethical. He viscously trying to get our company to pay
for tires even though we told him we would not do so before he purchased the
car.He agreed with me that what he did
was wrong. I recorded the conversation. He asked me if I can help him in any
way. I advised him to do the right thing first. I also told him over and over
that I am not promising him anything. He told me that he will take the reviews
down right away and that he was going out of town for few day during labor day
weekend but he will give me a call when he gets back in town. No promises were made to Mr [redacted]
before or after the sale.Mr [redacted] called me few times after
he got back in town. I was away myself. and since I did not call him back, he
went on posting even worst reviews than the ones he initially posted. and filed
a complaint with the Revdex.com. We at Beemer Haus will not be
intimidated by his reviews and actions. We Gave Mr [redacted] nothing but honesty
and Transparency. We have the inspection report, the Service advisor Sean who
can back us up, a recorded phone call and legal paperwork to prove it.Please contact me If you have any
questions,Charbel A[redacted]

The wheels were on the vehicle when Mrs [redacted] bought the car, we did not swap any tires or wheels from the time she called in to the time she took possession. There is no fraud committed on our end as far as we are concerned, Mrs [redacted] did send some one out to the lot to inspect the vehicle. we do not do buyers inspections on our cars since we are the sellers. Mrs [redacted] had the opportunity to get the vehicle inspected by a third party but she did not. We offered Mrs [redacted] a replacement tire but she refused. At this point we don't find our company to be responsible for any of the repairs she did. Again, we only cover what it is disclosed on the document Mrs [redacted] signed. she is only covered under the implied Arizona warranty. No other remedies will be offered at this point. Thank you.Charbel

To whom this may concern.Mrs [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us. the vehicle comes with a 15 day/500 of Implied warranty of Merchantability. It specifically describes the kind of warranty that comes with vehicle. It specifically states that the vehicle has to be fit to be driven for 15 day...

or 500 miles. No other warranty was given. Mrs [redacted] states that the vehicles has damage to the wheels and the strut. this kind of damages are considered wear and tear on a used vehicle, Our company reached out to Mrs [redacted] and to the repair shop where she had her vehicle taken. we have emails to prove that our company tried several times to get information on the damages Mrs [redacted] claimed that the vehicle has. after several attempts of reaching out to the repair shop, we sent an email to Mrs [redacted] telling her that the repair shop is not getting back with us. here is the email sent out on 03/07/2017:[redacted], Here is the Situation. Your BMW service store saw cracks on the wheel and assumed that the struts along with the knuckle could be damaged based on the vehicle could have taken some kind of impact in that area. However, based on our investigation. we found out that the wheel in question was swapped with another wheel exactly identical to the one on your car and it was done way before you had any interest to purchase the vehicle. It was done because we had the other vehicle sold and we needed to have a good tire on it, and since we did not have the same exact tire in stock, we decided to swap the wheels in the intend to put on the new tire on the car you purchased once we get it in. This is a procedure that we do all the time and it does not alter or affect the vehicle since they are the same wheels. We got the tire in a week later but we forgot to install it on the vehicle that you ended up purchasing. So all of this assumption of any damages to the strut or anything else is a non sense since that wheel was not on your vehicle to begin with. There is nothing wrong with the wheels on your vehicle since they don't leak any air. Inner cracking on BMW wheels is very common since the wheels are too soft and the run flat tires are too heavy and strong. I have reached out to Chris, the service advisor, several times and left him a cell number to call me at so I can discuss this with him, however he did not email me back or called my at any of my numbers. So as a courtesy, I will advise my staff to issue you credit towards a new front tire or have you take it to the nearest tire shop where we can pay directly for a new tire installed for you. Have a great day. Charbelat this point Mrs [redacted] replied on 03/08/2017 with the following message:What do you want from Chris? Again, I ask you to advise when this will be sent.[redacted]It is clear that Mrs [redacted] has the intention of collecting money from our dealership by insisting there is damage on the vehicle and kept taking the car from one shop to another to convince them to write up a repair invoice for her so she can collect money from us.we feel that even though the damages ( if there are any) do not fall under the Implied warrant of used car. we tried to solve the problem by covering the damaged tire for her. I reject the business' response

Wouldn't budge on the price when the BMW inspection discovered the front brakes were nearly gone and the tires were bald. They also never told me the car came with a 2nd key. When I inquired they offered to sell me one "wholesale" for another $325! Have the car inspected and make sure you're getting everything before purchasing a vehicle from them. The only thing they do well is offer a good selection of cars.

Easiest and friendliest transaction ever. This dealership sells the best car brand (BMW) and that's all they sell. Unbeknownst to me, my trade-in had Carfax issues and I was forced to eat a small loss. The owner and sales dude quickly evaluated my car and made both the trade-in and purchase of a low mileage, late model car a joy.

Thank you Beemer Haus!

A+++++ looks small from outside but would return to buy any [redacted] any day of the week. I bought my [redacted] from [redacted]. As soon as I got in the car I knew it was the vehicle to buy. They offered the best customer service and even took care of going to the dmv for me for the registration. All cars are quality and next to perfect. Would buy a car here any day

Nick Blazek made buying our 128i the best car buying experience. Anyone looking for a BMW needs to come here. Mackenzie Woodruff was awesome in the finance department. Thank you Beemer Haus!!

I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The sales staff is great and it is very noticeable that the team works together and not against each other, which is such a relief. They are honest and direct and definitely not "pushy". I would recommend their service and prices to anyone

Great job. No pushy sales person in your face. [redacted] are sales consultant was very helpful

Excellent experience with service and no pressure environment. Purchased my first BMW and owner provided an overview of the vehicle and answered any questions. No haggling over the price. They were straight forward on what to expect and insuring the purchase was what we wanted. The few items that needed "touch up" on the used car were completed within a day of our viewing. Appreciated the genuine communication from owner and other employees. Also love the car!

Great experience. Strongly recommend.

Awesome BMW dealer . The BEST experience ever !!!!!!

I had a great experience with Beemer Haus! I loved my new BMW!

When I arrived I was greeted by Nick. He showed me the cars that that fir what I was looking for and answered all my questions. The next day I went back to test drive the BMW I was interest in and Charbel took me out on a test drive answering even more of my questions. I was waiting on an insurance settlement from my previous BMW being totaled out and they were very understanding and helpful. The following day I called Nick and told him I had the final settlement on my car and I was going to be in to purchase the car I was interested in. By the time I arrived Nick had the car washed and waiting. All the paperwork took a total of about a half hour. Jessie was great in following up with me, answering questions I had and arranging to have little things address and taken care. I got an awesome price for a car that would have cost me thousands more on a new BMW dealer lot. Beemer Haus is a top notch dealer with service, friendliness and price that are first class and way above their new car dealer competition!!! I will definitely be back for my next BMW!!!

The staff was extremely friendly. This by far was not only the easiest car deal I have ever had but the quickest as well. I did not have to go from person to person and the owner was extremely helpful in my decision rather than being a pushy salesman!
